"First time in this apartment, very nice and spacious, included many essentials in the kitchen area. Very clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Prime location, and amazing views of the sea. Downside only 1 parking space for a 6-person apartment, but as parking is premium in St Ives its unavoidable, I suppose."
“We were very happy with our holiday accommodation. It was clean, modern and easy to stay in. It was in a great location close to the shops and beaches (yet with parking!) and had the all important wifi for our teenagers.”
"We had a lovely holiday and the good weather certainly helped. The Lookout was clean, very well appointed and the administration worked perfectly, will certainly consider booking again at some point in the future."
"I have to say that we all really loved The Lookout and it was a real wrench to leave. My wife and daughter are already talking about booking for next year! It is in a very convenient location, was spotlessly clean and the welcome Cornish cream tea and re-usable shopping bag were a nice touch. We were thankfully very fortunate with the weather which all added up to an unforgettable holiday."
"The Lookout met all our expectations, plus, it is a beautiful apartment and well situated.I would say, it's the best I have rented and I have rented a considerable number from them. St Ives is a lovely place to visit and we enjoyed the bustle of the town. One of our favourite spots and restaurant, was the Porthmeor Beach Cafe, stunning location and lovely food."
"We had a great holiday at The Lookout. The apartment was wonderful, fully equipment, very comfortable and clean. It looked much better than on photos. The location was just perfect."
"My family and I had a lovely holiday at The Lookout in St.Ives. The apartment met all our expectations, it was very clean and tidy with great furniture and decor, including the Christmas trees, very seasonal! Also enjoyed the wine and chocolates The sea view was an added bonus."
"We really loved the apartment, it was fantastic (quality, cleanliness, location....) I cannot fault anything in it at all and all four of us were agreed on that."

"The apartment was absolutely fabulous, it was far better than our expectations. The standard of accommodation and cleanliness was second to none. We will definitely book “The Lookout” again. Weather was also kind to us as we managed to see all the sights we came down to see. I found jogging the coastal walk from Porthminster Beach to Carbis Bay very exhilarating first thing in the morning. We used a few pubs to eat in St. Ives itself, The Sloop and the Union Arms were very good value for money. St Ives itself hasn`t changed at all in 50 years. Still as picturesque as I remember when I came down with my parents all those years ago."
"The accommodation, administration, etc. was really excellent. We had a great holiday and hope to return to the Lookout. Carbis Bay holidays are certainly our first choice holiday company. We particularly enjoy going to the Porthminster Beach cafe – great food and also nice just to pop in for a coffee."
"We very much enjoyed our stay at The Lookout. We thought the apartment was very well appointed and exceeded our expectations. Restaurants we would recommend - Saltwater, Porthminster Cafe and The Wave(s?), Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant in Padstow was definitely worth the trip. We went for lunch, and thought the set lunch at £37 a headi good value given the restaurant's reputation. The walk to Lelant along the coastal path was spectacular, with a stop off at the Badger pub just the job after all that walking."
"We enjoyed our stay at the Lookout at St Ives, we enjoyed the light airy and contemporary furnished accommodation and being able to leave the car parked and walking into St Ives and along the coast in both directions to Carbis Bay and Lelant or towards Zennor. It is just a short walk into St Ives for restaurants, our favourites were the Seafood Restaurant and The Cafe at Porthmeor Beach."

"As last year, we enjoyed our holiday and stay in The Lookout. The apartment is marvelous, meeting our expectations in all ways, enabling us to relax and make the most of our holiday. The apartment is very well furnished and the children liked the DVDplayer and Playstation a lot. We especially loved the Porthminster café for dinner and the Seafood café. The walk to Zennor was exhausting but very beautiful. We went to the Minack Theatre, Tintagel Castle, St Michaels Mount, Jamies Olivers on Watergate bay, the St Ives museum, the Telegraph museum in Porthcurno, to the Scilly Islands, and a lot more. We really loved cornwall."
"Wanted to let you know we had a fantastic stay at “The Lookout” in St Ives. We could see from the website the apartment was going to be of high quality and special and it certainly was! I was very popular with my husband and daughter for finding and booking it. We all loved the apartment and would definitely recommend it and stay there again ourselves – it is beautiful and the view, of course, was stunning! We really felt that we were having a “special” holiday, so Thank You!! We hope to be back soon!"
"We had a fabulous holiday - The Lookout was everything and more that we hoped for. Definitely Portminster Cafe ( restaurant) fab food, brilliant staff and lovely atmosphere ( with or without children) - highly recommend and def ranks in the top 10. Portminster Beach take way cafe - lovely for a sandwich or fish and chips while relaxing - wrapped up in towel. Tried lots of others apartements in St Ives – but this def the best."
"We were very happy with the apartment in general - it felt lovely and luxurious and the staff were very efficient . We ate at the Porthminster Cafe and the Loft restaurants - both excellent evenings. We also did a lot of walking and we would recommend the St Ives - Zennor coastal walk, stunning, especially when it's finished off with a pint at the Tinners Arms in Zennor. We also enjoyed the Pendeen Watch/Botallack/Chun Quoit walk and would definitely recommend the hours drive north to visit the Lost Gardens of Heligan."
"We had a great stay at the Lookout - we thought it was excellent accommodation and we plan to return later in the year. The restaurants we tried were New World and also the Loft, where the food was exceptional."
"The Lookout was fully equipped to a very high standard (love to know where they got the cutlery from), very clean, bright and spacious. A good location. Really enjoyed ourselves - good eateries."
