The dining area is conveniently situated between the kitchen and living area, perfect for socialising with those busily preparing in the kitchen. A stylish circular glass and chrome table with four leather dining chairs are provided for your comfort.
The contemporary kitchen comprises of white high gloss units teamed with black granite work tops and splash backs. It is suitably appointed with an integrated Neff oven/grill, microwave, 4 ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The owners have taken care to ensure that you will have all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need in your luxurious home by the sea. For coffee lovers, you are sure to enjoy the Tassimo coffee machine.
A large utility room can be found off the entrance hallway where there is ample space for storing beach gear and hanging additional coats. A Neff washer-dryer, iron, ironing board can also be found within.

This bright and spacious bedroom has floor to ceiling sliding doors with stunning views which open onto the private balcony. It is carpeted throughout with a beautifully dressed king size bed with memory foam mattress topper, matching bedside tables with lamps, dressing table and chair.
The nautical wallpaper on the feature wall pays homage to the fantastic views and coastal location, whilst the large built-in double wardrobe and chest of drawers ensure you have ample space to stow away your belongings. If you ever tire of the maritime scenes before you, there is a Panasonic LCD HD TV with Freeview. The master bedroom also benefits from its own fully tiled en-suite bathroom with complimentary White Company toiletries and hairdryer for guest use.
The bedroom two is also located to the rear of the property, th white New England style twin beds with memory foam toppers and luxury egyptian cotton bedding will smooth the way to a comfortable night’s sleep in this quiet room. A large built-in double wardrobe and chest of drawers offers plentiful hanging and shelf storage. A bedside table with lamp, dressing table, vanity mirror, chair and a hairdryer are also provided.
There is a Toshiba 24″ HDMI LCD TV with DVD and Freeview plus a Sony radio/alarm with docking station for devices. Carpet is laid throughout, with dimmable spot lighting, the second bedroom is conveniently located next to the family bathroom.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
