Barepta Cove Apartments are situated on Headland Road on the old site of the Tregorran Hotel. This stunning development is perfectly positioned to maximise the views across Carbis Bay beach (formerly known as Barepta Cove) and towards St Ives.
The railway station is just a short walk away, this single track line is probably one of the most scenic in the UK and links St Ives to St Erth, Penzance and mainline stations. The Blue Flag beach is closeby and the apartments have direct access onto the coastal path via a private gate at the bottom of the communal gardens, providing outstanding panoramas of the Cornish coastline.
Completed in 2014, there are 14 apartments over 4 floors and have been built to a very high specification with underfloor heating, sliding doors to balconies, integral white goods and oak flooring throughout. Some apartments have lift access and each apartment has allocated parking and a balcony or terrace. Guests also have use of the communal gardens and a designated disabled parking bay is available on a first come first served basis.
Notice of Building Works:
There are building works for new apartments in the plot next to Barepta Cove Apartments. Contractors are onsite and work will be carried out during weekdays and Saturday mornings but will cease for the rest of the weekend and bank holidays. In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
