There is a DVD player, high quality hi-fi system with floor standing speakers and docking station, should you tire of the view or fancy listening to your own music collection.
An oak bookcase and sideboard house O.S. maps, walking guides, pub and restaurant guides, as well as a selection of games, books and DVDs for your entertainment. The living area benefits from dimmable lighting options and two reading lamps allowing you to choose your own ambience of lighting.
However you pass the time you will have the perfect vantage point to enjoy some beautiful sunsets and the ever changing colours of the sea.
The dining area at Wavetop is located within the spacious living area, the contemporary oak dining table and four oak chairs are positioned next to the open archway allowing you to be sociable with those in the kitchen as well as allowing you to continue enjoying the wonderful sea views.
The living area, hallway and kitchen have Amtico-style flooring throughout.
Wavetop has a fully fitted modern kitchen with Neff electric double oven and Bosch five ring gas hob with wok burner, microwave, integrated undercounter freezer, Neff washing machine, tumble dryer, integrated full size dishwasher, Beko larder fridge with water dispenser, toaster, kettle, coffee grinder, Kenwood Food Processor and hand blender. A selection of high quality glassware and crockery are provided, along with all the utensils you would expect in a luxury apartment of this standard. A range of child-friendly drinking cups and bowls are also provided.
Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from the Delonghi filter coffee machine and gaze at the sea views through the half height arch to the lounge french doors and balcony.
Master Bedroom with En-suite
The beautiful bright and airy master bedroom of Wavetop has a kingsize bed, with top of the range Dunlopillo Sirius mattress and foam topper, there is a large wardrobe, full length mirror, two oak bedside tables, matching bedside lamps and a large oak chest of drawers, so you will have plenty of storage space. Watch the 22″ HD Smart TV from the comfort of your bed or simply sit back in the chair provided and enjoy the spectacular panoramic sea views, taking in the beach and across the bay to Gwithian and Godrevy Lighthouse. You are not overlooked so it is a pleasure to sleep with the curtains and windows open to the juliet balcony and listen to the waves lapping on the beach below. A DAB radio and music docking station are also provided for your entertainment. Step out of the master bedroom double french doors and enjoy breakfast ‘al fresco’ on the balcony.
The Master Bedroom benefits from a spacious, modern bathroom with Amtico-style flooring which is the perfect place to pamper with twin basins, bath and shower.
The second bedroom is fitted with twin divan beds with supremely comfortable Dunlopillo Polaris mattresses, large fitted mirrored wardrobes, a 22″ Smart HDTV, DAB radio, music docking station and a games console with a selection of games, perfect for entertaining all ages. Although not enjoying the views, this quiet room will ensure that its occupants are well rested after days spent on the beach or exploring the cliffs and pathways.
A set of crisp white, egyptian cotton bed linen and a set of White Company egyptian cotton bath sheets and hand towels are provided for each guest.
A hairdryer can be found in each of the bedrooms which are carpeted throughout.
The bathrooms in Wavetop are a delight. Newly fitted in 2018 and tiled throughout they offer state of the art contemporary showers and washbasins with spot downlights and stunning mirrors; everything you need to relax and feel pampered.
The family bathroom is conveniently placed off the hallway, near to bedroom two. Communal Gardens and Terrace
At the rear of the apartment is a small terrace where guests can enjoy the late afternoon sun which regularly bathes this area.
To the front of the building, a path leads down through the communal gardens to a private gate for access down to Carbis Bay Beach.
Carbis Beach Apartments are located in a commanding position directly above Carbis Bay beach with stunning view across The Bay to St Ives and Godrevy Lighthouse.
Each apartment is centrally heated and furnished to the highest standard to provide year round enjoyment. The two bedroomed accommodation consists of a large lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, a second bedroom with twin beds and a family bathroom. The lounge and master bedrooms both have uninterrupted views of Carbis Bay beach and across to St. Ives. There is an allocated parking space behind secure gates and additional parking can be arranged on request.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
