Upon entering Treth ha Mor you are greeted by a spacious hallway with a spiral staircase which leads up to the first floor bedrooms and terrace. Wood flooring is laid throughout the hallway, with a useful area for hanging coats and a sideboard where books and maps can be found. Beautifully etched glass panels with a Godrevy Lighthouse design allow light to flood in from the living area and a lovely selection of local artworks adorn the walls throughout.
The living area is located off the entrance hallway and boasts outstanding panoramic views across the whole of St Ives Bay and along Carbis Bay beach below. A large tan leather corner sofa comfortably seats six and is perfectly situated for enjoying the fabulous views from the double windows or for taking advantage of the superb entertainments package provided. A 32” Samsung LED wall mounted adjustable television with Sky including Movies, Sports and BT Sport can be viewed from both the living and dining areas. A Play station 3 with a selection of games can also be found within the oak entertainment unit. A Bose Bluetooth Speaker is provided for guests enjoyment. The living area is carpeted throughout and dimmable lighting helps create the perfect atmosphere.
When walking into the dining area you cannot help but be mesmerised by the outstanding views through the floor to ceiling sliding patio doors which lead out onto a small balcony. The glass and oak dining table with six matching oak and leather chairs are placed perfectly for enjoying the views whilst you dine. A Pure iPod/iPhone/iPad docking DAB radio and pebble table lamp can be found on the oak sideboard, along with an excellent selection of quality glassware and board games within.There is a bookcase with a selection of DVDs and books.
We wouldn’t be surprised if you decided not to try out any of the local restaurants, when you can sit at your own dining table with the sound of the waves crashing below and a view that stretches for miles. But should you decide to taste the local culinary delights, then why not try the Alba in St Ives, with its fine dining and superb harbour view?
The kitchen is also located off the entrance hallway and has a wonderful archway which allows you to enjoy the sea views through the dining area patio doors. The kitchen offers storage within the fitted units and is finished superbly with granite work surfaces. Integrated Neff appliances include a gas hob with extractor hood, oven-grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Access to the rear sun-trap terrace can also be gained via the kitchen.

Bedroom One with En-suite
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and offers wonderful panoramic sea views through the floor to ceiling sliding patio doors which lead out onto the terrace. This bright room also boasts a king size bed and an en-suite shower room. Ample storage is provided within the built-in wardrobe with hanging and shelf space and full length mirror, oak chest of drawers and dressing table with stool and vanity mirror. Two matching bedside lamps, 22” LED television with built-in DVD and Sky (linked from the living room), iPod docking DAB radio, hair dryer and blackout blinds are all provided.
Bedroom Two with En-suite
The second bedroom is situated off the entrance hallway and offers high vaulted ceilings with Velux windows benefiting from blackout electric blinds. Sliding patio doors provide access out onto the rear sun-trap terrace and the 2ft 6″ twin beds can conveniently be put together to form a king size bed if required. Carpeted throughout like all the other bedrooms, this bedroom has a lovely en-suite shower with separate W.C. Matching bedside tables, built-in mirrored wardrobe, vanity mirror, stool and shelf, matching pebble reading lamps, 22” LED Freeview television with built-in DVD, iPod docking DAB radio and hair dryer are all provided for your use.
Bedroom Three with En-suite
This peaceful room is located to the front of the property and takes full advantage of the marvellous sea views through the double windows, and also provides access out onto the seaward facing terrace. A single bed with oak bedside table, oak chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, full length mirror, stool, reading lamp, 22” LED Freeview television with built-in DVD, iPod docking DAB radio, hair dryer and blackout blinds are provided. This bedroom also offers a charming en-suite bathroom.
Luxury 100% cotton bed linen is provided in all bedrooms with a selection of high quality towels for each guest.
The en-suite shower room to the master bedroom is fully tiled with beautiful ceramics and provides a W.C, shower enclosure, washbasin with built-in storage underneath, LED back-lit mirror with shaver socket, chrome heated towel rail for keeping your towels nice and cosy and a Velux window for natural light and extra ventilation.
The light en-suite shower room to bedroom two is also fully tiled with contemporary ceramics and offers a shower enclosure, washbasin with built-in storage underneath, back-lit touch operated mirror with shaver socket, chrome heated towel rail and useful shelving. There is a full length window offering natural lighting with Venetian blinds for privacy.
Although the cloakroom is separate to the shower room it is still en-suite to bedroom two. The cloakroom is fully tiled and provides a W.C and handbasin.
The en-suite bathroom to bedroom three provides a double end bath with hand held shower and is tiled throughout with neutral ceramics. A washbasin is provided with storage underneath along with a W.C, vanity mirror with light and shaver point, large mirror, chrome heated towel rail and Velux window.

Seaward Facing Terrace
A large terrace is located off both bedrooms one and three and offers amazing panoramic sea views across St Ives Bay, taking in The Island (St Ives), Porthminster Point, Carbis Bay Beach, Hawkes Point, the golden sands of Gwithian and Godrevy Lighthouse. A glass and chrome balustrade allows the view to be enjoyed from the comfort of the master king size bed. A bistro table with five chairs are provided along with an external light, perfect for enjoying sundowner cocktails.
Rear Suntrap Terrace
The rear terrace is located off the kitchen and bedroom two and is sheltered from any sea breezes, making it the perfect spot for enjoying an afternoon read or alfresco dining. Cube rattan furniture comprises of a table, four chairs, and four stools. There is also a retractable washing line.
Dining Area Balcony
A small balcony can be accessed via the sliding patio doors in the dining area, perfect for letting the balmy sea air flow into the property or for watching the sunrise in the morning.
The communal gardens of Carrack Gladden can be accessed to the side of the development and provide access onto Beach Road.

"Our weekend at Treth Ha Mor started with a bang with the bonfire and fireworks display on the beach at Carbis Bay.
The property had everything we could wish for, and the bed in the master suite was so comfortable. There were nice touches and the welcome pack, especially cream tea, was a nice treat. But the best thing about Treth Ha Mor are the views across the bay to St Ives, simply breathtaking. We even saw seals
The coastal path to St Ives was very easy and made a change to catching the train – which is very easy from this apartment which overlooks the train station (but isn’t noisey). "
"The apartment exceeded expectations, it is very well equipped and was very clean on arrival. Can there be a better view in the world to wake up to? fantastic! The coastal walk to St. Ives is lovely. We had seals in the bay on most days. The scuba diving centre at Porthkerris, (50mins away), is excellent.

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
