There are two comfortable sofas with additional chairs in the bay giving you the perfect vantage point to keep watch for the seals or dolphins which are often spotted frolicking in the Bay, Binoculars are available to aid you on your quest.
The owners have provided a selection of reading lamps and dimmable lighting allowing you to set the mood or enjoy a quiet moment immersed in the collection of local information and books provided for enjoyment.
North Shore has a spacious hallway that allows access to all the other areas of this delightful apartment. There is a secure entry system, a useful cupboard for hanging coats and walking shoes or wellies after an energetic day exploring the beautiful beach and coastline on your doorstep.
The dining room has an oak table with dining chairs and a matching sideboard allowing you to enjoy gourmet fayre at home or venture out to one of the quality restaurants nearby.
North Shore has a modern Shaker style beech fitted kitchen with NEFF built in appliances, including an electric double oven with grill, gas hob and overhead stainless extractor hood. Integrated NEFF larder fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and full sized dishwasher. There is a microwave, Breville sandwich toaster, food processor/ blender, kettle and Dualit Coffee machine. Guests’ should find all the utensils, pots and pans that they could possibly need to prepare a meal in this home from home. The kitchen window overlooks the well maintained courtyard area of Compass Point giving you plenty to gaze at if you decide not to use the dishwasher!
Bedroom One with Ensuite
This contemporary bedroom has fantastic views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy and is bright and fresh with a seaside blue and white theme. The New England style king size bed benefits from an oversize duvet with crisp white Egyptian cotton linens. There is a large wardrobe with a chest of drawers incorporated, bedside cabinets with lamps, a vanity table with mirror and stool and plenty of storage to make this your home from home. The master bedroom has a fully fitted carpet and curtains and blinds to ensure a perfect night’s sleep. For your entertainment you can watch television on the 19″ LCD Freeview TV with DVD player or simply lie back and gaze out of the window to the boats bobbing on the azure seas of St Ives Bay.
Bedroom two follows the nautical theme with blackout lined curtains featuring beach huts, twin New England Style beds, fresh white linen, a triple wardrobe for provides ample storage and a bedside table with lamp. Located at the rear of the property, this quiet room has a Juliet balcony with patio doors allowing you to let the light and fresh salty air flood in ensuring a superb night’s sleep.
All bed linen and towels (face flannel, hand towel and bath sheet per person) plus a hairdryer are provided.
The main family bathroom of North Shore has a wash basin, WC, bath with shower overhead, heated towel rail and modern bathroom fittings. This fresh bathroom has white tiling throughout and has a large mirror with shelves providing the perfect place for your toiletries. A linen basket, scales, shaver point and vanity light ensures that all the essentials are at your disposal.
The en-suite to the master bedroom of North Shore has a shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, vanity light and shaving point. As with the main bathroom the ensuite benefits from a large mirror with shelving for storage.
A high quality bath sheet, hand towel and flannel are provided for each guest and complimentary White Company toiletries are provided in each bathroom.
There is a communal terrace where you can to can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, lunch or dinner whilst drinking in the stunning panoramic views from St Ives to Godrevy Lighthouse. Alternatively you can relax and soak up the sun. A table with four foliding ‘easy’ chairs are provided and stored in the garage for easy access.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
