Ocean Breezes has a supremely comfortable sofa for you to relax during your holiday and a cosy gas fire to compliment the central heating. A real home from home, this apartment provides an LCD Freeview TV with BT Youview box allowing you to watch BT TV, DVD and MP3 player, radio and CD player for your entertainment.

Dining Area

Ocean Breezes has a superb dining area set in the lounge bay window, with a table and chairs seating up to four people, providing a delightful spot to enjoy a romantic meal.

There are games and books to provide entertainment during a cosy night in and the “Welcome Guide” provides more information on places of interest and the restaurant tips from our previous guests.

The kitchen is equipped with everything that you could need should you choose to cater for yourself during your stay. A microwave and dishwasher are provided in addition to an oven, gas hob and a spacious fridge-freezer. There is also a washer/dryer.

Bedroom One

The bedroom at Ocean Breezes is furnished with a king size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Once you have relaxed to the pace of Cornwall, you may just prefer to watch TV in bed.

Luxury white cotton bed linen is provided along with fluffy white towels.

Bathroom One

There is a bath and separate shower cubicle, WC and wash basin with mirror and wall mounted shaver point/light.

A Bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided per person

Communal Terrace

There is a separate communal terrace on the seaward side of Compass Point is for guests to enjoy the views.

Compass Point is a prestigious development of purpose-built luxury apartments, situated in a prime position on the seaward side of Carbis Bay, with the majority of properties offering stunning views of the sea and surrounding coastline.

The apartments at Compass Point have been finished to the highest standard and benefits from top of the range fitted kitchen with fully-integrated appliances, functional bathrooms and en-suites, spacious living areas with central heating and double-glazed windows for year round comfort and luxury.

Compass Point is just three minutes walk away from the spectacular golden beach at Carbis Bay. Easy access is also available to Carbis Bay railway station where the single-track railway follows a dramatic path along the coast, taking you into St Ives in less than five minutes.

Allocated parking is provided for each apartment either as a garage or parking space. A visitor space is provided on a first come first served basis. Guests at Compass Point can take advantage of the communal terrace with commanding views across St Ives Bay.

Availability for Ocean Breezes

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
