The owners have provided a selection of reading lamps and dimmable lighting allowing you to set the mood or enjoy a quiet moment immersed in the collection of local information and books provided for enjoyment.
The dining area at Porthrepta View is perfectly located within the spacious living area , there is a wood table provided with 6 chairs and in keeping with its nautical location, a fishermans lantern is suspended above the table.
If you choose not to eat in, you are rather spoilt for choice with a number of quality restaurants nearby. Try The Seafood Café or Onshore in St Ives, why not visit the local restaurants in Carbis Bay – La Casita and Becks Fish and Chips are highly recommended. Some restaurants in St Ives do offer a takeaway service; alternatively you can prepare your meal at home and enjoy it in the comfort of your apartment.
Porthrepta View has a spacious hallway that allows access to all the other areas of this bright apartment. There is a secure entry system, a useful cupboard for hanging coats and walking shoes or wellies after an energetic day exploring the beautiful beach and coastline on your doorstep.

There are also fitted shelves which frame the window with a selection of books, DVD’s and local information for you to enjoy. A radio alarm alarm, CD player and LCD TV with Freeview are provided for your entertainment whilst from the comfort of your king size bed, you can enjoy stunning views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy beyond.
The second bedroom of Porthrepta View has a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a mirror ensuring that you will be comfortable during your stay. Located at the rear of the property this quiet room has a Juliet balcony with patio doors, which have curtains and a privacy blind, allowing you let the light and fresh salty air flood in and will ensure you sleep well.
All bed linen, towels (hand towel, bath towel and bath sheet per person), Bath Robe and hairdryers are provided.
A set of outdoor furniture for guest use on the Terrace is stored under the bed in Bedroom Two.
The main family bathroom of Porthrepta View has a wash basin, WC, bath with shower overhead, heated towel rail and modern bathroom fittings. The bathroom has white tiles throughout and a large mirror with a concealed cupboard behind providing the perfect place for your toiletries, there is a shaver point and vanity light ensuring you have all the essentials.
The en-suite to the master bedroom of Porthrepta View has a shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, shaving point, vanity light, shaving mirror and shelving for storage. It is tiled throughout.
High quality bath sheet, bath towel, hand towel and flannels are provided for each guest and complimentary White Company toiletries are provided in each bathroom.
There is a communal terrace where you can to can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, lunch or dinner whilst drinking in the stunning panoramic views from St Ives to Godrevy Lighthouse. Alternatively you can relax and soak up the sun. A set of outdoor furniture is available in the property for use on the Terrace.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
