Meridian has a spacious living area with ample seating provided with two leather sofas . There are a nest of matching oak side tables, a reading lamp and a fireplace for you to curl up with a drink or your favourite magazine.
The 40″ LCD TV with full Sky package including Movies and Sport, Free Wireless, Blue Ray DVD player and Playstation 2 with a selection of games and DVDs ensure that you will have plenty of entertainment .
There are spectacular views from the lounge out across Carbis Bay to St Ives and in the other direction to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond – a pair of tub chairs and coffee table are provided by the window for you to sit back and enjoy the superb views.
The Dining area forms part of the spacious Living room and comfortably seats six people, around an oak table with six matching leather backed chairs, complete with stunning view out across Carbis Bay to St Ives and in the other direction to Godrevy Lighthouse. A matching sideboard provides extra storage space and there is a bookcase with a selection of guides and books.
Meridian has a fully fitted modern kitchen with built-in Bosch cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer, together with a free-standing toaster, kettle, Krups Coffee Machine, Food Blender, CD/MP3 player and everything else you need for this home from home. There is a high breakfast table with two chairs perfect for a quick bite or for socialising whilst the cook is hard at work!
Bedroom One with En-Suite
Situated at the rear of the Meridian, the carpeted master bedroom has a king size bed with matching bedside tables with lamps, a large mirror-fronted wardrobe, a dressing table and a chest of drawers, more than enough for your holiday outfits. There is LCD TV with DVD for your entertainment.
The windows have blinds and the bedroom is carpeted throughout. There is plenty of room in the master bedroom to accommodate the travel cot.
Bedroom Two with En-suite/Main Bathroom
The second bedroom of Meridian has a two single (3 ft) beds which can be arranged as a super-king (6ft) zip and link bed upon request. There is a built in single wardrobe, dressing table with drawers, mirror and matching bedside tables with lamps. For your entertainment there is a LCD TV with Freeview.
Egyptian white linen is provided in all bedrooms with a selection of towels for each guest.
The main bathroom of Meridian is large with Jack and Jill access from the hall and also serves as an en-suite to the second bedroom. There is a superb fully-tiled walk-in double power shower plus WC, washbasin, mirror, heated towel rail and shaver point.
Ensuite to Master Bedroom
The en-suite to the master bedroom has a bath with hand held shower unit, separate power shower cubicle, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror.
Bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided per person but please bring your own beach towels.
Complimentary White Company toiletries can also be found in each bathroom.
The beautiful communal gardens of Cornwallis are available for guests to use and benefit from stunning views and access to the southwest coastal path and the beach.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
