Once entering Sea Breeze you are greeted into a bright and spacious open plan living area with a wide spiral staircase which leads down to the lower ground floor. This beautiful apartment has been decorated with neutral tones and is carpeted throughout.
The living room forms part of the open plan kitchen and dining area and provides double French doors which open out on to the decked balcony. Sea views across to the golden sands of Gwithian can be enjoyed from the comfort of the four seater corner sofa and two chocolate leather tub chairs. Throughout the property you will find a great collection of seaside inspired accessories, local art and photographs. A walnut coffee table, driftwood side table, pebble reading lamp and rustic mirror are provided along with an LCD TV will integrated DVD player and full Sky package and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The dining area is ideally situated between the kitchen and living area and provides a glass and chrome dining table with four matching black leather chairs.
For those who like to give cooking a miss when on holiday, there are Italian and Vegetarian restaurants within a five minute walk, or why not pop along to Becks Fish and Chips and enjoy dinner sat on the beach, watching the sun go down.
On the lower ground floor a second lounge area provides the ideal space for enjoying the Playstation III. A sofa bed offers an additional bed space if required and a floor standing reading lamp, driftwood table, table lamp, mirror and LCD television are provided. Double French doors lead out on to the rear terrace, perfect for allowing the fresh Cornish air to flow through.
A large storage room situated off the sitting room opposite the master bedroom offers the perfect place for hanging coats and clothes.
The kitchen forms part of the open plan living area, perfect for those who like to socialise when busy preparing meals. An island unit takes centre stage with a Neff extractor hood suspended above and induction hob and double oven underneath. Two bar stalls are ideally positioned for enjoying a coffee from the coffee machine provided. Ample storage can be found within the larder cupboard and fitted white units, where plentiful utensils, crockery and glassware can be found. An integrated Neff microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer are provided along with a music system consisting of iPod dock, CD player and radio.
A useful utility room is located on the lower ground floor where the washer, dryer, sink, airer, iron and ironing board can be found.
Bedroom One with En-suite
The master bedroom of Sea Breeze is a beautiful bright and spacious room located on the lower ground floor. Double French doors open out on to the patio, perfect for enjoying an alfresco breakfast. A king size bed with matching oak furniture consisting of bedside tables, tall boy chest of drawers, seven drawer chest and a large mirror are provided along with two matching pebble reading lamps and a hairdryer. An LCD Freeview television with integrated DVD and an iPod dock DAB clock radio are provided for your entertainment.
The second bedroom is located on the ground floor to the front of the property, adjacent to the family bathroom. Another bright and airy room offering beautifully dressed twin beds, shaker style bedside drawer, six drawer chest, wardrobe, large mirror, pebble table lamp, LCD Freeview television with integrated DVD, iPod dock DAB clock radio and a hairdryer.
Crisp white cotton bed linen and quality towels are provided for all guests (sofa bed linen not included).
A complimentary travel cot, highchair and stair gates are provided; please provide your own cot bedding.
The family bathroom is located on the ground floor adjacent to bedroom two. Fully tiled with neutral and mosaic ceramics, with a white Villeroy and Boch bathroom suite comprising of a double end bath with overhead power shower, freestanding wash basin and WC. A chrome heated towel rail keeps your towels nice and toasty, a vanity mirror is situated above the basin with a light and electric shaver point and ample space for storing toiletries can be found on the tiled shelves.
The en-suite to the master bedroom is also fully tiled and boasts both a double end bath and a separate walk in power shower. A WC, freestanding wash basin, chrome heated towel rail, vanity mirror with light and electric shaver point above are all provided.
A bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest, together with complimentary White Company toiletries.
This apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessed via a communal front door with intercom security system.
The decked balcony is accessed via the double French doors from the open plan living area. Beautiful sea views towards Gwithian can be taken in whilst sitting at the bistro table with two matching chairs, enjoying pre-dinner drinks.
The landscaped rear garden is private and not communal and is like an additional room outside, with it’s variety of terraced seating areas. Access to the rear paved patio can be gained from the lower ground floor sitting area or master bedroom, via the double French doors. A table with four chairs is provided, perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon read in the sun. This seaside themed garden boasts a boardwalk which leads you down to the beach hut play house/beach gear storage room and then onto the large decked area. Raised borders of grasses and tropical planting, rope features and gravelled boundaries all frame this beautiful, relaxing, coastal sun trap. Two sun loungers can be found and a large table with six chairs are perfectly situated on the decking for enjoying the BBQ provided.
Godrevy View Apartments are located on St Ives Road, ideally positioned to take advantage of the short walk down to the Blue Flag award winning golden sands of Carbis Bay beach or for the bus routes to St Ives and the surrounding area.
These luxury two bedroom self catering apartments have fabulous balconies or garden patio areas, with allocated private parking provided outside the apartments.
These stylish modern apartments will be attractive to guests looking for a central base to enjoy the delights of Carbis Bay and St Ives. An Italian restaurant and Tapas bar are located just a few of minutes walk away and a Tesco supermarket is also nearby. There is a delightful walk to the beach through the Carbis Bay Valley or alternatively you can head into St Ives which takes only 20 minutes to walk. The Carbis Bay railway station is about 8 minutes walk downhill, linking St Ives in one direction and St Erth and mainline stations in the other. The enchanting branch line is well worth a trip, as it hugs the coastline taking in the most stupendous views of St Ives Bay.

We also had a lovely relaxed family dinner in 'The Hub'. And during our week we also ventured out on about a 40 minute drive to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary and Newquay Zoo, both loved by my children."

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
