The lounge is incredibly bright, airy and spacious and has the most fabulous wall of sliding patio doors, with glass balustrading which you can leave open to let the fresh air flood in. A contemporary corner sofa with chair comfortably seats four and is ideally positioned for enjoying the views out across the bay to Godrevy. Alternatively why not enjoy the entertainment system provided, which includes an LED 40” Freeview television, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, bluetooth music system with ceiling speakers throughout lounge and kitchen and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Atlantic Watch has a spacious hallway that allows you to access to all the other areas of this delightful home. There is a floor to ceiling window allowing light to flood in with a chair that is perfectly postitioned for guests to relax and enjoy the view. There are 12 stairs leading down to the groundfloor bedrooms and terrace.
There is a useful cupboard for hanging coats, walking shoes or wellies after an energetic day exploring the beautiful beach and coastline on your doorstep. The ironing board, iron and airer are also housed here. A door gives access to the private terrace with hot tub.
Engineered oak flooring is laid throughout, with soft furnishings which give this property a homely, seaside ambiance. Gas central heating and radiators are provided for those cooler evenings and a side board houses a selection of board games, maps and books along with the property welcome guide.
The contemporary kitchen takes full advantage of the amazing sea views with double french doors leading to a balcony perfect for alfresco pre dinner drinks or a morning coffee. Additional light floods the kitchen through the rear window. Ample storage can be found within the mushroom gloss soft close units and plentiful preparation space is available on the granite work tops. Integral appliances comprise of oven/grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, , dishwasher, washer-dryer and four burner gas hob with extractor above. You will also find a toaster, kettle and a whole host of crockery, glassware and utensils.
The dining area is situated within the open plan kitchen ideally situated to make the most of the sea views. An Italian designer Calligaris dining table with four chairs are provided for your comfort.
If you like to give cooking a miss when on holiday, you could not be better located for ease of access to the fantastic selection of fine dining restaurants which St Ives has to offer.
This bright and spacious bedroom has floor to ceiling sliding doors with glass juliette balcony to enjoy the stunning views of St Ives Bay, Godrevy Lighthouse and the north cornish coast beyond. Carpeted throughout with a beautifully dressed grey suede king size bed, matching bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. There is a Toshiba 32″ LCD HD TV with Freeview provided for your entertainment should you tire of the views.
The second bedroom is located the terrace side of the property and has far reaching sea views across the private terrace to Godrevy Lighthouse. There are two single beds with stylish grey headboards provided with an italian oak hanging rail, a large mirror, oak side table with two drawers and bedside table providing ample storage for your comfort. Venetian wooden blinds on the window ensure guests will have a good nights sleep.
Both bedrooms are fully carpeted and provide hairdryers, 400 thread count luxury bed linen and fluffy towels, we do ask you to provide your own beach towels.
The family bathroom is located on the ground floor and is fully tiled with stylish porcelain tiles. A matching white suite comprises of a W.C, wash hand basin with storage underneath, a bath with hand held shower unit and separate large shower enclosure with rainfall shower. A large chrome heated towel rail and large illuminated mirror with shaver point are provided.
Bathroom two is located on the first floor and is a luxury shower room which is also fully tiled and comprises of a W.C, wash hand basin with storage underneath, heated chrome towel rail and large walk in shower.
A selection of towels are provided for each guest, together with complimentary White Company toiletries in each bathroom. Please provide your own beach towels.
The tiled balcony with glass balustrading is accessible from the kitchen via the floor to ceiling double sliding doors. Positioned above the terrace with panoramic sea views across the bay to Gwithian and Godrevy lighthouse.
A Magis bistro table with two matching chairs are provided perfect for al fresco dining or pre-dinner drinks. The balcony faces East and benefits from full sun until 2pm.
A door from the ground floor hallway opens onto a delightful private terrace where you can enjoy relaxing soak in the hot tub at the same time take in the wonderful panoramic views of St. Ives Bay. A bisto table and two chairs are provided for your comfort. The terrace benefits from glass balustrading that allow you to enjoy the uninterrupted sea view whilst maintaing your privacy.
Although completely safe we do recommend that all small children be accompanied at all times.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
