Blue Seas is ideally located within a few minutes' walk of Blue Flag Carbis Bay beach and the magnificent Porth Kidney Sands are a short walk along the coastal path in the opposite direction. Contemporary, luxurious interiors have been meticulously chosen for your complete comfort . This beautiful pet friendly house has a decked sun terrace and garden with sun trap patio allowing you have an alfresco meal and enjoy the fantastic views throughout the day.
Upon entering Blue Seas you are greeted into a porch where you will find hooks for hanging coats and plenty of space for wellies, walking boots or beach gear.
The living area overlooks the front lawn and offers spacious accommodation for family and friends. Two cream leather sofas are well positioned to make the most of the entertainment package which includes a 40” Samsung LED television with LG DVD player with a selection of DVDs, bluetooth speaker and complimentary Wi-Fi. During cooler months relax in front of wood burner style gas burner and catch up on the days adventures. Solid oak flooring is laid throughout and a selection of board games, local guides, maps and reading books can be found.
The contemporary kitchen comprises of black high gloss units teamed with a large breakfast bar with two high level stools looking directly to St Ives harbour and providing ample storage and work space. It is suitably appointed with an integrated oven/grill, microwave combination oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer and Bosch dishwasher. The owners have taken care to ensure that you will have all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need in your luxurious home by the sea.
The dining area is conveniently located within the kitchen, a table, with four chairs and a large bench style seat provides a perfect spot for enjoying the sea views and is next to the patio doors and overlooks the sun terrace and garden.
The utility room is accessed via the sun terrace and houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, iron and ironing board and airer, there is also a rotary washing line provided in the garden, ideal for drying our beach gear. A cloak room is located within the utility room and offers a WC and hand basin.
The kitchen and dining rooms have porcelain floor tiles throughout.
The bedroom one is located to the rear of the property, adjacent to the family bathroom. This large bedroom has fantastic views across St Ives Bay to St Ives town and island. A comfortable double bed is sumptuously dressed and two bedside tables with matching reading lamps can be found. A wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample storage and a 22” LCD Smart television with integrated DVD are provided for your entertainment.
Located to the front of the property, this bright and airy room offers a double bed, with two bedside tables and matching reading lamps. A wardrobe, chest of drawers, dessing table with stool and mirror and a long dress mirror ensure you have all you need for a comfortable stay. There is a 22″ Smart television with integrated DVD for curling up in front of a movie.
Also located to the front of the property this bedroom offers a single bed with bedside table, reading lamp, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and a 22″ freeview tv with integrated DVD.
Luxury white Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided in all bedrooms. A selection of high quality towels comprising of bath sheet and hand towel are provided per person.
There is also a hairdryer provided for guest use in each bedroom. The bedrooms are carpeted throughout and have lined curtains.
The family bathroom is located on the first floor, adjacent to bedroom one and is fully tiled with beautiful chrysanthemum designs. The white bathroom suite comprises of a bath, shower enclosure, WC, Mirror with vanity light, shaver point and a wash basin with storage underneath.
A cloak room is located within the utility room and offers a WC and sink.
A selection of high quality towels comprising of bath sheet and hand towel are provided per person. Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided.
The peaceful, walled, garden is situated to the rear of the property and can be accessed via the dining area patio door. You step out onto a decked terrace with garden bench and a chrome table with 2 chairs perfect for a morning coffee or alfresco pre-dinner drinks, sit back and enjoy the stunning views across the bay to St Ives. Steps lead down to the patio sun terrace and lawn area with a large table, 6 chairs and high backed chairs so there are will be plenty of opportunities to make the most of this pretty sun trap garden. A large Webber BBQ is provided for enjoying alfresco dining.
A small garden is located to the front of the property and is laid to lawn.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
