The open plan living area takes full advantage of the amazing panoramic views across the beach. Open out the double French doors onto the decked terrace and let the fresh sea breeze flow in. Travertine floor tiles are laid throughout the living and kitchen area and a fabulous wood burner will keep the house nice and toasty for you.
Should you manage to tear yourself away from the beach, the wonderful entertainment package includes a 42” LG LED television with Sky + HD including Movies, Playstation III with a selection of games and DVDs, Sony iPod dock and complimentary Wi-Fi. All of this can be enjoyed from the comfort of the designer sofa or armchair. You will also find a fabulous collection of original art throughout the property.
The dining area can be found within the open plan living space and is perfectly positioned next to the window for enjoying the outstanding views whilst you dine. A round glass table with four contemporary chairs is provided.
Should you decide to dine out during your stay, why not try one of the fabulous restaurants in St Ives which serve locally caught fresh fish. The Seafood Café on Fore Street is certainly a good option, but don’t forget to book as it is very popular.
The kitchen forms part of the open plan living area and offers plentiful storage within the white gloss units, along with ample work surfaces. The views through the living area French doors can still be enjoyed from the kitchen, so cooking meals will never be laborious. A Neff oven, four burner gas hob, integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher are all provided, as well as a Delonghi coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, food processor and liquidiser. A wonderful selection of crockery, glassware and utensils can also be found.
A utility cupboard which houses the washer/dryer is located in rear courtyard which is accessed via the kitchen door.
Wake up in the morning to the fabulous view of the beach and sea from the comfort of your double bed. Double French doors also open out onto the decking, ideal for enjoying a morning cuppa on the terrace or for listening to the waves lapping on the shore whilst lying in bed. Two bedside tables, matching reading lamps, integrated wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, home office area, 32” LG LCD Freeview television, clock radio docking station, mirror and hairdryer are all provided.
Located to the rear of the property, this quiet room will certainly ensure guests of a sound night’s sleep. Twin beds, bedside table, reading lamp, integrated wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, hairdryer and clock radio docking station are provided. Both bedrooms are also fully carpeted.
Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided in both bedrooms with a selection of high quality towels for each guest.
The family bathroom is located adjacent to both bedrooms and offers a white suite which comprises of WC, wash basin and large bath with overhead shower. Fully tiled with charcoal ceramics and a mirrored cabinet, heated towel rail, shaver socket and underfloor heating are all provided for your use.
A selection of high quality towels are provided per person, along with complimentary White Company toiletries.
The Pièce de résistance of Seaspray truly is the decked terrace, with its direct access onto the beach via your private gate. Within six steps you and your family can be playing on the golden sand of Carbis Bay beach or enjoying a morning swim in the crystal clear sea.
Accessed from both the living area and master bedroom, the decked terrace is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining, especially with it’s feature integral decking lighting. A rattan cube table and chair set are provided along with a BBQ and hosepipe, ideal for washing wetsuits or sandy paws. The potted Cornish palms will certainly make you feel like you are in paradise.

"Of all the places we have been across the world, Sea Spray was the best holiday ever.com ! We have stayed on the beach in Mauritius and it didn't come close to Sea Spray. We would recommend a meal at the Carbis Bay hotel it was first class food and service, even with a 15month old daughter. The coastal walk to St Ives via Porthminster beach. A day to Penzance to shop at the amazing 'Mash' boutique and a day at Paradise Park for adults as well as children."

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
