Upon entering Fairsky you are greeted into a spacious hallway where you will find coir matting for leaving sandy flip flops, a coat hanging area, under stairs storage cupboard where a clothes airer can be found and a sideboard where a small keypad activated safe, selection of books and local guides are stored.
The open plan living area is bright and airy and offers absolutely stunning panoramic sea views via the triple aspect windows. This spacious room boasts luxurious interiors in turquoise hues to compliment the views beyond. Comfortable seating is provided on the chocolate leather two and three seater sofas and tub chair, which are perfectly positioned for enjoying the view. Entertainment is provided via a 32” LCD television with BT Vision, DVD player, iPod docking alarm clock radio and complimentary WiFi. A floor standing lamp, dimmable lighting, window blinds and a feature fireplace can also be found.
The dining area is also situated within the open plan living space and is perfectly positioned by the windows for enjoying the stunning views whilst you dine. A large glass and brushed steel table seats eight comfortably with matching contemporary white leather chairs.
Should you decide to dine out during your stay, why not hop on the coastal train to St Ives and take you prick from the marvellous selection of restaurants. The Lifeboat Inn on the harbour front is family friendly and offers really good classic pub cuisine.
The kitchen is located to the rear of the open plan living area, perfect for those who like to socialise whilst busily cooking away. The impressive counter work top is home to an undercounted fridge, freezer and a fabulous wine chiller. Ample storage can be found within the contemporary integral cupboards, with ample work top preparation space also provided. You will discover all of the appliances you would expect to find in a luxury home from home, including a dishwasher, combination oven/grill, four ring ceramic hob with extractor above, microwave, kettle and toaster, with a separate utility cupboard housing the washer-dryer and ironing facilities. There is a great selection of crockery, glassware, utensils, cutlery and even a variety of toddler friendly cutlery, melamine bowls, beakers and plates.
Sliding patio doors from the kitchen open out onto the suntrap balcony, perfect for enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee.
Bedroom One with En-suite
The sumptuous master bedroom is located on the lower floor off the entrance hallway and boasts wonderful views across the bay via the double aspect windows. This room is bright and spacious and offers a comfortable king size bed with matching bedside drawers and reading lamps, tub chair, full length mirror and large vanity mirror, hairdryer, dimmable lighting and ample storage can be found within the six drawer chest and triple wardrobe. The downstairs bedrooms provide both curtains and blinds, with the first floor rooms providing Velux blackout blinds. All bedrooms are also fully carpeted.
The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC and washbasin.
Also located on the lower floor, bedroom two offers a double bed which is beautifully dressed, like all of the beds in Fairsky, with a throw and scatter cushions. Plentiful storage is provided in the 4 drawer chest, integral storage cupboard, mirrored double wardrobe and matching bedside drawers. A vanity mirror, tub chair, hairdryer, reading lamps and dimmable lighting can be discovered, along with gorgeous views across the bay to Godrevy Lighthouse via the triple window.
The third bedroom is located on the upper floor and provides twin beds, single wardrobe with drawer and hanging storage, beside drawer with reading lamp, tub chair, full length mirror and a 19” LCD Freeview television. Two Velux windows with blinds allow the light to stream in, with the front window gaining a great aspect across the sea to St Ives.
Located on the upper floor, bedroom four is a real children’s den, offering ample space, a selection of toys, a bookcase full of games, books, DVDs and board games, and a fabulous giant beanbag can be pulled up in front of the 19” LCD Freeview television to watch a DVD or to play on the Playstation II games consol. Twin beds with matching bedside tables, reading lamps and dimmable lighting can be found, along with a superb large walk in wardrobe offering ample hanging and shelf storage. A Velux window with blind also boasts views out to sea from bedroom four.
A set of crisp white, fresh bed linen and a selection of luxurious towels are provided for each guest.
The lower floor family shower room is located off the entrance hallway, adjacent to bedrooms one and two and is fully tiled with travertine style ceramics. A fabulous double rainfall shower, WC, chrome heated towel rail and a washbasin with glass shelf, vanity mirror, shaver light and socket above can be found.
The second family bathroom is located on the upper floor between bedrooms three and four and is appointed with a bath with handheld shower head unit, WC, chrome heated towel rail, washbasin, glass storage shelf and vanity mirror.
An en-suite shower room can be found within the master bedroom which is fully tiled with the same travertine style ceramics as the other bathrooms. A shower enclosure, WC, heated towel rail for keeping your towels nice and toasty and a washbasin with glass storage shelf, vanity mirror and shaver light/socket can be found above.
A selection of luxurious towels are provided for each guest and complimentary White Company toiletries can be found in each bathroom.
A suntrap decked balcony can be accessed via a sliding patio door from the kitchen. A bistro table with four chairs are available, perfect for enjoying a peaceful read in the afternoon sun.
An external storage cupboard can be found next to the front door which is very useful for housing all of the beach gear or muddy walking boots.

Another fabulous Carbis Bay Holiday. Our first time in this apartment and more than met all our expectations. Very spacious and amazing sea views. We were amazingly blessed with the weather and we had lots of time to enjoy the beach, hiking, paddle boarding and body boarding.

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
