For your entertainment there is a 40″ LCD Smart television with freeview, a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s and docking station. A large sofa with three seats and two tub armchairs provide ample comfortable seating for guests. There is a selection of lamps and lighting for you to set the mood lighting or enjoy a quiet moment browsing the local information and books provided for your enjoyment. The living area has an oak floor and lined curtains for your privacy.
The dining area is perfectly located within the spacious living area, to take in the lovely sea views whilst you enjoy your meal. There is an oak table provided with six matching chairs.
You enter Gwinear through your own front door into a spacious hallway that allows access to all the other areas of this bright apartment. There is a useful cupboard for hanging coats and placing walking shoes or wellies after an energetic day exploring the beautiful beach and coastline on your doorstep. This cupboard is also used to store the ironing board, iron, airer and other essentials.
The spacious kitchen is located to the side of the property with a large window above the sink with a beautiful view of St Ives across the bay. Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony allowing you to take advantage of the amazing sea views, coastal position and offer the opportunity for alfresco dining.
The modern white units and work tops provide ample storage and preparation space. Integral appliances comprise of an electric oven/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher, washer/dryer and gas hob with extractor above. You will also find a toaster, kettle, hand blender, cafetiere and a whole host of crockery, glassware and utensils giving you all you need to make Gwinear your an ideal home from home.
Bedroom One with Ensuite
This large bedroom has a large bay window with fantastic views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy and is bright and fresh. The super king zip and link bed can be arranged as twin single beds bed upon request is sumptuously made with crisp white Egyptian cotton linens and leather effect headboard. There is a large fitted wardrobe, an oak chest of drawers, two oak bedside cabinets with lamps and a vanity table with full length mirror. For your entertainment you can watch television on the 32″ LCD TV or simply lie back and gaze out of the window to the boats bobbing on the azure seas of St Ives Bay. You can lay in bed and watch the sun rise, or if you prefer and to ensure a good nights sleep the curtains have blackout lining.
Bedroom 2 is decorated with a blue and white nautical theme, the twin single beds can be arranged as a zip and link super king bed on upon request. There is a large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets with lamps, leather effect headboard and a vanity mirror provided for your comfort. The second bedroom has a lovely view of the north Cornish coast across St Ives Bay.
All bed linen and towels (hand towel and bath sheet per person) plus a hairdryer are provided, both bedrooms have lined curtains and fitted carpets.
Located off the main hallway, the family bathroom has a wash basin, WC, bath with shower overhead, heated towel rail and modern bathroom fittings. This fresh bathroom has tiling throughout and a large mirror with vanity light and shaver point.
The en-suite to the master bedroom of Gwinear has a shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and a mirror with vanity light and shaver point.
A bath sheet and hand towel are provided for each guest along with complimentary White Company toiletries.
The tiled balcony of Gwinear is accessible from living area and kitchen. A table and four chairs are provided for relaxing and enjoying an alfresco meal or drink whilst gazing at the sea views.
Riviera Apartments is a select development of apartments on the seaward side of Carbis Bay. The Penthouse apartments offer outstanding views of Carbis Bay across St. Ives Bay.
The Riviera Apartments are close to Carbis Bay branch line railway station enabling you to catch the scenic train to St. Ives with ease. Carbis Bay beach is just a few minutes further down the hill either through a delightful wooded valley or down the beach road. Shops, restaurants and pubs are nearby.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
