As soon as you enter the open plan living area you are struck by the stunning views across the bay to St Ives through the floor to ceiling doors which lead onto the balcony. The whole room is flooded in light from the doors and roof lights making the most of the beautiful position and atmosphere that has been a source of inspiration for many artists. There are two sofas providing spacious seating for 6 people and a 55″ Samsung 4K Ultra HD TV with full Sky Package including Movies and Sports together with Bluray DVD player and bluetooth soundbar to keep you entertained should you tire of the views. Complimentary high speed wireless broadband is available throughout Sandsifters II.
The dining area has stylish extending white gloss table with six chairs and is perfectly positioned to maximise the views for diners and allows you to socialise with the chef as they prepare the meal. You are rather spoilt for choice with the number of quality restaurants nearby, some do offer a takeaway service alternatively, you can prepare your meal at home and enjoy the comfort of your villa. On warmer days of course you may choose to dine “al fresco” on the superb terrace and garden.
Guests can also hide away in the fantastic TV Lounge located on the ground floor, choose your favourite film and relax on the sofa in front of the 49″ Samsung 4K Ultra HD TV with full Sky HD Package including Movies and Sport or alternatively younger members or those who are young at heart can enjoy a gaming challenge with the PlayStation 4 game console and selection of games.
The open plan living area and hallway have wooden oak floors whilst the TV Lounge has fully fitted carpets.
You enter this stunning home on the first floor through the front door at the rear of the property. There is a spacious hallway with oak flooring that allows access to all the other areas of this delightful villa.
The contemporary German kitchen comprises of white handleless units teamed with grey Silestone work tops and splash backs and is adjacent to the living area, perfect for socialising whilst preparing the meal. It is suitably appointed with an integrated Miele oven/grill, microwave, 4 ring induction hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The owners have taken care to ensure that you will have all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need in your luxurious home by the sea. For coffee lovers, you are sure to enjoy the Nespresso Inissia coffee machine with complimentary tube of pods.
A separate utility room is located off the main entrance hallway on the first floor to centre of the property. The Miele washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, airer and sink can be found with plenty of space for wellies, boots and coats to be stored.
Bedroom One is located on the ground floor to the front and is a spacious retreat for guests, this bright, airy room has a super king bed with large wardrobe, full length mirror, two bedside tables, matching bedside lamps, chest of drawers providing ample storage space. You are not overlooked so it is a pleasure to open the door onto the terrace and garden and enjoy the fresh sea breeze as well as enjoy the stunning sea views reaching across to St Ives. A DAB radio with Bluetooth connectivity is provided for your entertainment. Bedroom One benefits from a spacious en-suite shower room.
Bedroom two is also located on the ground floor to the front of the villa and benefits from views of the sea and St Ives Island through the window and door to the terrace and garden. There is a zip and link super king bed which can be arranged as twin beds on request bed, also with wardrobe, two bedside tables with reading lights and full length mirror. A DAB radio with Bluetooth connectivity is provided for your entertainment. Bedroom two also benefits from an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom three is located to the first floor to the rear of the property, off the entrance hallway, the super king zip and link bed can be arranged as twin beds on request and is sumptuously dressed in luxury Egyptian cotton bedding smoothing the way to a comfortable nights sleep. There are two chest of drawers along with a small hanging rail, two bedside tables and reading lights. A window and doorway leading to the rear parking area and window allow natural light to flood into the bedroom. A DAB radio with Bluetooth connectivity is provided for your entertainment. Bedroom Three benefits from a spacious en-suite shower room.
Luxury White Company Egyptian cotton bed linen and a hairdryer are provided in all bedrooms, along with a selection of high quality towels for each guest. All bedrooms have fitted carpets and spot lighting. There is an oak and glass staircase leading down 15 stairs to bedrooms 1 and 2.

The en-suite shower room to bedroom one, boasts a large wash basin with storage drawer underneath, large shower enclosure with rainfall shower and separate handheld shower, WC, heated chrome towel rail, large vanity mirror and shaver point.
En-suite to Bedroom Two
The en-suite to bedroom two is a real indulgence with bath with over bath shower, separate hand held shower, large wash basin with storage drawer underneath, mirror, shaver point, chrome heated towel rail and WC.
En-suite to Bedroom Three
The en-suite to bedroom three, also has a wash basin, shower enclosure with shower and handheld shower unit, WC, heated chrome towel rail, vanity mirror and shaver point.
There is a W.C. with hand basin and mirror on the first floor located off the hallway.
A selection of high quality towels comprising of bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest. Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided in each bathroom.
Garden and Terrace
The private landscaped garden extends to the front of Sandsifters II and provides a tranquil space to enjoy the views and relax. There are four deck chairs provided for your comfort.
The large sun terrace that extends the full width of the house has a large sociable dining table with benches to make the most of the Cornish weather and dine alfresco.
Seaward Facing Upper Balcony
The wonderful decked balcony is accessible from the living area through sliding doors and takes advantage of the outstanding panoramic sea views. The view stretches right along Carbis Bay beach and across to St Ives harbour, Gwithian and Godrevy lighthouse. A bistro table and chairs are provided for your comfort.

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
