The villa is entered on the first floor from the rear of the property leading to a spacious hallway lit by the natural light beaming in through the roof and glass doors of the living area. The Hallway allows access to all the other areas of this spectacular home.
You may be on holiday but you won’t mind spending time in this kitchen as its open plan style and dining area allows you to socialise while preparing meals. It is suitably appointed with an integrated Miele oven/grill, microwave, 4 ring induction hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The owners have taken care to ensure that you will have all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need in your luxurious home by the sea. For coffee lovers, you are sure to enjoy the Nespresso coffee machine with a complimentary sleeve of capsules, although we can’t promise George Clooney.
You truly appreciate the space in this property when you step into the separate utility room. This room is filled with essentials to make life easier including washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, airer, sink and lots of space for sandy wellies, coats and walking boots.
Bedroom One’s sea facing location on the ground floor with doors opening out onto the terrace and gardens offers one of life’s biggest pleasures, waking up to a sea view from the comfort of your bed. This bright, airy room has a kingsize bed with large wardrobe, full length mirror, two bedside tables, wall mounted reading lights and a chest of drawers providing ample storage space.

Bedroom Two located on the ground floor offers stunning sea views with doors opening out onto the terrace and landscape garden. There is a zip and link super king bed which can be arranged as twin beds on request. This bright ensuite room also has a wardrobe,chest of drawers, two bedside tables with reading lights and full length mirror. A DAB radio with Bluetooth connectivity is provided for your entertainment.
Bedroom three is located on the first floor to the rear of the property, off the entrance hallway, The kingsize bed is sumptuously dressed in luxury Egyptian cotton bedding smoothing the way to a comfortable nights sleep. There is a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and reading lights. A window and doorway leading to the rear parking area allow natural light to flood into the bedroom. A privacy blind and black out lined curtains ensure a comfortable nights sleep.

Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and a hairdryer are provided in all bedrooms, along with a high quality bath sheet and hand towel for each guest. Bedroom 3 has a fitted carpet, the others have wooden floors and spot lighting. There is an oak and glass staircase leading down 15 stairs to bedrooms one and two.
En-suite to Bedroom One
The en-suite shower room to bedroom one, boasts a large wash basin with storage drawer underneath, large shower enclosure with rainfall shower and separate handheld shower, WC, heated chrome towel rail, large vanity mirror and shaver point.
En-suite to Bedroom Two
The en-suite to bedroom two is a real indulgence with a bath to sink into and an over bath shower, large wash basin with storage drawer underneath, mirror, shaver point, chrome heated towel rail and WC.
En-suite to Bedroom Three
The en-suite to bedroom three, also has a wash basin, shower enclosure with Overhead shower and handheld shower unit, WC, heated chrome towel rail, vanity mirror and shaver point.
There is a WC with hand basin and mirror on the first floor located off the hallway.
A selection of high quality towels comprising of bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest. Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided in each bathroom.
Garden and Terrace
In such an idyllic setting you won’t want to miss an opportunity to be outside and the large sun terrace and landscaped gardens entice you to experience the Cornish seaside air. The stunning sea views offer the ultimate coastal setting to dine alfresco or to just sit back and relax. A side path leads to the rear of the property from the garden to your private parking spaces giving you separate outside access.
Seaward Facing Upper Balcony
To truly experience the luxury villa’s stunning panoramic sea view just step through the glass doors of the living area to the Upper Balcony. The view stretches right along Carbis Bay Beach across to St Ives harbour, Gwithian and Godrevy lighthouse. Take time to watch the sunset or listen to the sound of the waves crashing against the sand. It’s truly breathtaking. Balcony chairs and table are provided for your comfort.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
