Living Area

The wonderfully spacious open plan living/dining area can be found off the entrance hallway, this spacious room with oak flooring throughout, contemporary furnishings, original artwork and floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead out onto a balcony is sure to impress. The panoramic sea views from here are stunning, sweeping across St Ives Bay to Hayle Towans taking in Godrevy lighthouse. For your comfort there is a large modular sofa and two round swivel arm chairs arranged for guests to enjoy the 50” Panasonic LED TV with Sky with Sports, Blu Ray DVD player and dvds.

Dining Area

Open plan and sociable with the kitchen and living area, the dining area is positioned to enjoy a superb sea view across the bay. Seating 8, the table is a great spot to sample some of the delights of Cornwall cooked up by your nominated chef.

Entrance Hallway

When entering this stunning apartment, you are greeted into a welcoming hallway where you will find a cupbaord with ample space for walking boots, beach gear and hanging coats. As well as door to a small utility room containing washer/dryer,and a further door to a cupboard housing the boiler with an Iron/Ironing board and airer.

Balcony

A full width covered and decked balcony of 40′ width with a frameless glass balustrade provides you with the opportunity to take in the fantastic coastal views.

Kitchen

The modern open plan kitchen provides ample storage within the white gloss fitted units and plentiful work space on the black granite work top. AEG integrated appliances comprise of a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven/grill, dishwasher, under counter fridge and freezer, microwave and wine chiller cabinet. A Dualit four slice toaster, kettle and slow cooker can all be found, along with a fabulous selection of utensils, crockery and glassware. For coffee lovers there is a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine provided, perfect for easing into the day with a fresh brew on the balcony.

Bedroom One

Bedroom One is bright and airy and has a kingsize bed with large wardrobe with mirrored doors, two bedside tables with three draws, matching bedside lamps and chest of drawers providing ample storage space. A 22″ TV with integrated DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Bedroom One benefits from a spacious en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom Two

Bedroom two is also located to the rear of the apartment with a window looking back into Carbis Bay. There is an oak kingsize bed with fitted wardrobe, two bedside tables with reading lights, six drawer chest of drawers and full length mirror. A 22″ TV and integrated DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Bedroom two also benefits from an ensuite shower room.

Bedroom Three

Bedroom three has matching twin beds with an additional guest trundle bed underneath provided, sleeping either two adults comfortably and one child or 3 children (linen for the trundle bed is available on request please notify us on booking). Two beside tables with 3 drawers, bedside table reading lamps, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe are all provided. For your entertainment there is a 22″ TV with integrated DVD player.

Luxury White Company Egyptian cotton bed linen and a hairdryer are provided in all bedrooms, along with a selection of high quality towels for each guest. All bedrooms have fitted carpets, spot lighting and a floor standing fan.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom is located off the hallway adjacent to bedroom 3 and is also fully tiled with porcelain tiles wash basin, WC, and large walk in shower. A chrome heated towel rail and mirrored cabinet with shaver socket and light can be found.

Ensuite to Bedroom One

This stylish bathroom is fully tiled with neutral and chocolate ceramics and boasts a Villeroy and Boch white suite which comprises of bath, with separate walk in shower enclosure, WC and wash basin. A heated towel rail keeps your towels warm and there is an illuminated mirrored cabinet with shaver socket provided.

Ensuite to Bedroom Two

This luxurious ensuite is also fully tiled and offers a Villeroy and Boch freestanding wash basin and WC, with large walk in shower enclosure. A chrome heated towel rail and mirrored cabinet with shaver socket and light can be found.

A selection of high quality towels comprising are provided per person for guest use. Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided in each bathroom

Balcony

The private beach front facing balcony runs the width of the apartment and is positioned above Carbis Bay Beach, benefitting from stunning views across St Ives Bay from St Ives island round to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.

There are two rattan tables and four matching chairs for making the most of the fresh Cornish air and sun.

St Uny Apartments

St Uny Apartments are a select development of 7 purpose-built contemporary apartments on Boskerris Road, Carbis Bay, some apartments are seaward facing and enjoy fantastic views from St Ives to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.

Each apartment has been finished to the highest standard and benefits from Italian styled kitchen, fully-integrated appliances, granite work surfaces, Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware, porcelain tiling. The two bedroom apartments have balconies with glass balustrades to enjoy the lovely panoramic views of St Ives Bay. There is a stunning penthouse, two duplex apartments and two apartments on the first floor. The one bedroom apartments are at the rear of the development ideal for couples – ideal as a base to explore the delights of South West Cornwall.

St Uny is just a short walk away from the Blue Flag beach at Carbis Bay and also to the small railway station where the single-track railway connects to St Ives in less than five minutes, perhaps one of the most scenic rail journeys in the UK.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
