When entering this stunning apartment, you are greeted into a welcoming hallway where you will find a cupbaord with ample space for walking boots, beach gear and hanging coats. As well as door to a small utility room containing washer/dryer,and a further door to a cupboard housing the boiler with an Iron/Ironing board and airer.
A full width covered and decked balcony of 40′ width with a frameless glass balustrade provides you with the opportunity to take in the fantastic coastal views.
The modern open plan kitchen provides ample storage within the white gloss fitted units and plentiful work space on the black granite work top. Two beside tables with 3 drawers, bedside table reading lamps, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe are all provided. For your entertainment there is a 22″ TV with integrated DVD player.
Luxury White Company Egyptian cotton bed linen and a hairdryer are provided in all bedrooms, along with a selection of high quality towels for each guest. All bedrooms have fitted carpets, spot lighting and a floor standing fan.
The family bathroom is located off the hallway adjacent to bedroom 3 and is also fully tiled with porcelain tiles wash basin, WC, and large walk in shower. A chrome heated towel rail and mirrored cabinet with shaver socket and light can be found.
Ensuite to Bedroom One
This stylish bathroom is fully tiled with neutral and chocolate ceramics and boasts a Villeroy and Boch white suite which comprises of bath, with separate walk in shower enclosure, WC and wash basin. A heated towel rail keeps your towels warm and there is an illuminated mirrored cabinet with shaver socket provided.
Ensuite to Bedroom Two

The private beach front facing balcony runs the width of the apartment and is positioned above Carbis Bay Beach, benefitting from stunning views across St Ives Bay from St Ives island round to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
