The dining area forms part of the open plan living area and is conveniently located next to the kitchen, allowing guests to socialise with those busy preparing in the kitchen. An oak dining table with four matching cream leather chairs can be found, along with a Calligaris sideboard.
Upon entering you are welcomed into a hallway where Oak flooring is laid throughout. A utility cupboard which houses an ironing board and iron.
The contemporary kitchen forms part of the open plan living area and takes full advantage of the amazing sea views. Ample storage can be found within the gloss soft close units with lots of preparation space for cooking up some culinary delights. There is a large breakfast bar and two leather bar stools, for socialising whilst preparing the meal. It is suitably appointed with an integrated Neff oven/grill, microwave, 5 ring gas hob including wok ring, extractor fan, fridge, freezer washer/dryer and dishwasher as well as Dualit toaster, Kettle and Moulinex hand held blender and liquidiser.
The owners have taken care to ensure that you will have all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need in your luxurious home by the sea. For coffee lovers, there is a Tassimo coffee machine with complimentary tube of pods.
The spacious master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and is luxuriously furnished. Located at the rear of the property, doors and a large window allow you to take advantage of the light and let the briny air flood in.
A sumptuous king size bed is 5000 pocket sprung ensuring a good nights sleep. Matching Calligaris bedside tables with lamps and additional wall mounted reading lamps, a double-mirrored wardrobe with hanging storage and 5 draw tall boy provide ample storage. Blackout blinds and wooden shutters with fitted carpet wool carpet complete the luxurious surroundings for a memorable holiday. A 24″HD LED Smart television and Netflix subscription give you the perfect opportunity to catch up on your favourite film.
Also located to the rear of the property has twin ViSpring pocket sprung beds , which can be arranged as a super-king (6ft) zip and link bed upon request. There is matching bedroom furniture consisting of bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers and mirror. A wardrobe provides ample hanging space and you will also find black out venetian blinds and wooden shutters, carpeted floor, a 24”TV television. Double windows with patio door lead out on the enclosed rear patio area allowing for an early morning cup of coffee.
Luxury White Company linen is provided in both bedrooms. A selection of high quality Egyptian Cotton towels comprising of bath sheet, bath towel, hand towel are provided per person.
There is also a hairdryer provided for guest use in each bedroom.
The spacious family bathroom is stylishly tiled throughout , with a wash basin, WC, bath with overhead shower, heated towel rail, mirror with vanity light, shaver point and mirrored storage cupboard.

The en-suite bathroom to bedroom one is beautifully spacious and offers a white suite comprising of a large shower enclosure, WC, wash basin, a chrome heated towel rail,large mirror, mirrored storage cupboard and shaver point.

Carbis Sands has the benefit of a private seaward facing patio and also a sunny rear terrace both with garden furniture provided.
The patio is accessed from the living area and adjoins the landscaped gardens and lawn. With a rattan table and chairs for four guests, and Weber Barbeque you can enjoy the lovely views across the Bay whilst dining al fresco.
The sunny rear terrace can be accessed by a side path from the seaward patio or directly from both bedrooms. A rattan bistro table with two chairs, 7ft parasol with two sun loungers are provided for your comfort, whether you plan to catch a few rays during the day or enjoy a quiet drink during the evening, we are sure you will find a perfect spot at Carbis Sands.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
