Rosewall Hill is an Area of Outstanding Natural beauty owned by The National Trust and attracts wildlife from deer to many different species of birds. Ideal for walkers and nature enthusiasts. A walk up the hill will reward you with panoramic views of the Cornish coastline towards St Ives

Its open plan style offers lots of space to relax and entertain with beautiful country views from every vantage point. The room has a stylish seaside theme with an artist’s studio lamp and artwork of St Ives reminding you how close you are to the Cornish coast. Kick off your shoes, warm your toes with the comfort of the under-floor heating and snuggle up on the sofa. From here you can enjoy the breath taking views of Rosewall Hill and Cornish Moorland. After the sun has set, the whole family can lose themselves in their favourite film on a large 43” TV with Sony Blu Ray DVD Player.
A dining table with seating for six and a modern kitchen perfectly placed at the back of the living space also form part of the living area. This open plan style allows you to continue socialising with family and friends even when it’s your turn to cook.
The property is entered via the front door, into a bright hallway lit by natural light, from a side window. The space is styled with a large mirror and a WC is conveniently located along the hallway at the bottom of the stairs.
The kitchen is part of the open plan dining and living space. Ideal for entertaining as everyone can feel part of the celebrations, nobody closed away in separate rooms. If you enjoy creating your culinary masterpieces while on holiday this contemporary well-appointed kitchen features everything a chef could desire. You’ll love the stylish stainless steel under double oven with four gas hobs, fridge freezer and dish washer all from AEG. A microwave, four slice toaster, stainless steel double sink and plenty of space to prepare your tasty treats, means you’ll have everything you need and more to look after the whole family.

Offering beautiful country views, this rear facing bedroom is located on the first floor, up a small set of stairs. Light and airy with natural light from two windows, this cosy room is styled in a nautical theme, including a picture of Plymouth Hoe. Two comfortable twin beds, a bedside table with lamp, a wardrobe and three drawers chest offer everything required for a comfortable night’s sleep. Snuggle up watching your favourite movie on the bedroom’s TV with DVD player or enjoy a book before bed, from the bookcase on the landing on the second floor.

A side path, with a locked gate, leads to the rear of the property.
The rear patio area has a small bistro table and chairs, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine or enjoying your morning coffee.

"A lovely stay at Rosewall Retreat which is modern, stylish and well equipped property (perhaps some young children's games and books for rainy days) A bit of a walk into town and back but kept us all fit and worked off the ice creams! We did catch the 'singing' bus when it was in town, which cost £3 for 2 adults and 2 children. St Ives is beautiful with lots of wonderful beaches, things to do and places to ear. Porthmeor beach best for body boarding. Recommend Hub Box for burgers, Cafe Pasta & Pizzeria, fish and chips places near RNLI on the front and Pedn Olva towards Porthminster beach, to and Alba bar for happy hour. Children do not want to leave. Would recommend and visit again, thank you!"

"Stunning property! Very clean with excellent facilities. We have loved our stay here despite the sun hiding for most of the week. The house is a leisurely 20 minute walk downhill to St Ives center but may take an extra 6 to 8 minutes back home - taxi fare is only £5 to £6 pounds. It really is a wonderful place to stay at this time of the year. We highly recommend a walk up Rosewall Hill where we were treated to an amazing view of St Ives and the sea beyond.
