Living Area

The spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area has floor to ceiling windows boasting beautiful sea views across to Godrevy Lighthouse. If this isn’t enough, the patio doors lead out on to your private decked balcony where you can enjoy the breath taking views whilst sipping on a glass of wine. Relax on the comfortable five seat corner sofa and enjoy the view or watch your favourite film on the 40″ Smart TV with full Sky package including Movies and Sport, or stay in touch with the complimentary WiFi.

Dining Area

The dining area with glass table and six stylish white chairs is conveniently situated between the kitchen and living area, perfect for socialising with those who are busy in the kitchen.
Alternatively, the balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy alfresco dining during the warm summer evenings. Take in the beautiful sea views across St Ives Bay and relax to the pace of Cornwall.
St Ives town is of course just a short walk away and if you decide to taste it’s culinary delights there are many award winning restaurants from which to choose.

The stylish kitchen at Belyars Penthouse is contemporary, fitted with white high gloss units and granite worktops. It is perfectly appointed with a 4 ring Bosch ceramic hob, single oven, an integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A stylish hanging extractor is complimented by pendant lights and under cupboard lighting completing the luxurious ambiance. A microwave, toaster, kettle, Bosch hand blender, good quality glassware and crockery is also provided, along with all the utensils you could require to prepare a sumptuous meal. The Kitchen area also benefits from a integrated washer/dryer.

Bedroom One with En-suite

The master bedroom is situated across the hallway to the rear of the property. A sumptuous king size bed is beautifully dressed with crisp white linen and white wooden slatted shutters can be found on the floor to ceiling window. Matching oak bedside tables with bedside lamps along with a built-in wardrobe with hanging shelf space. A full length mirror, 22″ Samsung LED smart TV and hairdryer are also provided.

The master bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries.

Bedroom Two

The second bedroom is located off the hallway opposite the family bathroom and provides two single beds which are luxuriously made with Eygyptian cotton white linen. A fitted wardrobe offers both hanging and shelf space. A bedside table with dual lamps provides the perfect light for a book at bedtime! A Samsung 22″ smart television can be found, along with a hairdryer, full length mirror and wooden slatted blinds.

Luxury 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided in both bedrooms, along with a selection of high quality towels for each guest.

Beach Towels are provided in the bedrooms for each guest.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom is located off the hallway next to the living area door and is tiled throughout with stylish contemporary tiles. There is a bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin, chrome heated towel rail and a large mirror with light and shaver point.

Bathroom Two

The en-suite shower room, located in the master bedroom, boasts the same superb contemporary style and comprises a wash basin, WC, shower, heated chrome towel rail and large mirror with shaver point and light.

A selection of high quality towels are provided for each guest and complimentary White Company toiletries.

Balcony

The decked balcony is a lovely sun-trap benefitting from stunning views across St Ives Bay, a table with four chairs are provided for alfresco dining or pre dinner drinks or perhaps a morning coffee whilst soaking up the Cornish sun, it will be yours to choose!

There is a lock up shed available to hold your wetsuits and body boards.

Belyars Croft Apartments are perfectly located within the award winning seaside town of St Ives, Cornwall. Ideally positioned within a 7 minute walk of the towns picturesque harbour.

Completed in 2014, all 12 apartments exude luxury, with engineered wood flooring, white high gloss kitchens, granite work tops and integral Bosch appliances. Additional security is also provided with a video door entry system.

A selection of the apartments provide outstanding sea views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse and all properties boast French doors which lead out to either a decked balcony or terrace, perfect for taking in the fresh Cornish sea air.

A block paved car park provides an allocated parking space for each apartment, a real bonus for any property in St Ives. Additional disabled parking bays are also available for blue badge holders. You will also find a bike storage area, ideal for those who wish to discover West Cornwall on two wheels.

Landscaped communal gardens can be found to the front of the development, along with a fun children’s play area.

  • Excellent apartment

    This apartment has very good views over the harbour the inside is decorated and presented immaculately. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks and sweets were a nice touch the house keeper who greeted us who was a very helpful nice lady also brought us some milk to get us started until we had chance to go shopping. Our daughter found the twin room very comfortable and was pleased she had the main bathroom to herself as our double had an ensuite. Lots of big fluffy towels provided and the beds and all linen were very comfortable. The apartment is just a ten minute walk into town but it is on quite a steep hill but this is worth the extra effort for the lovely view. We were highly impressed and would definitely book again.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
