Living Area

The spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area certainly offers the wow factor, with floor to ceiling windows boasting breathtaking panoramic sea views of the town and St Ives bay to Godrevy Lighthouse beyond. Patio doors lead out on to your private decked balcony, taking full advantage of the magnificent sea views. Sit back on the comfortable five seater sofa and enjoy the view or watch your favourite film with the 40″ Smart TV, Full Sky package including Movies and Sport, DVD player or stay in touch with the complimentary WiFi. An adjustable standard lamp and pendant lights help to create the perfect atmosphere.

Dining Area

The dining area with glass table and six stylish white chairs is conveniently situated between the kitchen and living area, perfect for socialising with those who are busy in the kitchen.

St Ives town is of course just a short walk away and if you decide to taste it’s culinary delights there are many award winning restaurants from which to choose.

Alternatively, the balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy al fresco dining during the warm summer evenings. Take in the beautiful sea views across St Ives Bay and relax to the pace of Cornwall.

Kitchen

The stylish kitchen at Gwel an Mor is sleek and modern, fitted with white high gloss units and granite worktops. It is perfectly appointed with a 4 ring Bosch ceramic hob, single oven, an integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A stylish hanging extractor is complimented by pendant lights and under cupboard lighting completing the luxurious ambiance. A microwave, toaster, kettle, good quality glassware and crockery is also provided, along with all the utensils you could require to prepare a sumptuous meal.

The Kitchen area also benefits from a integrated washer/dryer.

Bedroom One with En-suite

The master bedroom is situated across the hallway to the rear of the property. A sumptuous king size bed is beautifully dressed with crisp white linen, and pleated black out blinds can be found on the floor to ceiling window. Matching oak bedside tables with bedside lamps along with a built-in wardrobe with hanging, shelf space and drawers can be found. A full length mirror, Smart television and hairdryer are also provided.

The master bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries.

Bedroom Two

The second bedroom is located off the hallway opposite the family bathroom and provides two single beds which are luxuriously made with Eygyptian cotton white linen and nautical striped throws. A fitted wardrobe offers both hanging, drawer and shelf space and a bedside table with dual lamps provides the perfect light for a book at bedtime! A Smart television can be found, along with a hairdryer, full length mirrors and pleated blackkout blinds.

Luxury 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided in both bedrooms, along with a selection of high quality towels for each guest.

Beach Towels are provided in the bedrooms for each guest.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom of Gwel an Mor is located off the hallway next to the living area door and is tiled throughout with stylish contemporary tiles. There is a bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin, chrome heated towel rail and a large mirror with light and shaver point. Additional storage is provided by a chrome and glass shelving unit, ideal for all your holiday essentials.

Bathroom Two

The en-suite shower room, located in the master bedroom, boasts the same superb contemporary style and comprises a wash basin, WC, shower, heated chrome towel rail and large mirror with shaver point and light.

A selection of high quality towels are provided for each guest and complimentary White Company toiletries.

Balcony

The decked balcony is a lovely sun-trap benefitting from stunning views across St Ives Bay, a table with four chairs are provided for alfresco dining or pre dinner drinks or perhaps a morning coffee whilst soaking up the Cornish sun, it will be yours to choose!

Belyars Croft

Belyars Croft Apartments are perfectly located within the award winning seaside town of St Ives, Cornwall. Ideally positioned within a 7 minute walk of the towns picturesque harbour.

Completed in 2014, all 12 apartments exude luxury, with engineered wood flooring, white high gloss kitchens, granite work tops and integral Bosch appliances. Additional security is also provided with a video door entry system.

A selection of the apartments provide outstanding sea views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse and all properties boast French doors which lead out to either a decked balcony or terrace, perfect for taking in the fresh Cornish sea air.

A block paved car park provides an allocated parking space for each apartment, a real bonus for any property in St Ives. Additional disabled parking bays are also available for blue badge holders. You will also find a bike storage area, ideal for those who wish to discover West Cornwall on two wheels.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
