Living Area

The spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area certainly offers the wow factor, with floor to ceiling windows boasting breath taking panoramic sea views of the town and St Ives bay to Godrevy Lighthouse beyond. Patio doors lead out on to your private decked balcony, taking full advantage of the magnificent sea views. Sit back on the comfortable five seater sofa and enjoy the view or watch your favourite film with the 50″ Smart TV with full Sky package, DVD player or stay in touch with the complimentary WiFi.

Dining Area

The dining area with table and four stylish chairs is conveniently situated between the kitchen and living area, perfect for socialising with those who are busy in the kitchen.

St Ives town is of course just a short walk away and if you decide to taste it’s culinary delights there are many award winning restaurants from which to choose.

Alternatively, the balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy al fresco dining during the warm summer evenings. Take in the beautiful sea views across St Ives Bay and relax to the pace of Cornwall.

The stylish kitchen at Penthouse View is sleek and modern, fitted with white high gloss units and granite worktops. It is perfectly appointed with a 4 ring Bosch ceramic hob, double oven, an integrated fridge, freezer, washer/ dryer and dishwasher. A stylish hanging extractor is complimented by pendant lights and under cupboard lighting complete the stylish contemporary design. The owners have taken care to ensure that you will have all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need in your luxurious home by the sea.

Bedroom One with En-suite

The master bedroom is situated across the hallway to the rear of the property. A sumptuous super king bed is beautifully dressed with crisp white linen, and white wooden slatted blinds on the floor to ceiling window. Matching bedside tables with bedside lamps along with a built-in wardrobe with hanging, shelf space and drawers can be found. A full length mirror, Smart television with integrated DVD player and hair dryer are also provided.

The master bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries.

Bedroom Two

The second bedroom is located off the hallway opposite the family bathroom and provides two single beds which are luxuriously made with Egyptian cotton white linen and throws. A fitted wardrobe offers both hanging, drawer and shelf space and a bedside table with lamp provides all you need for a perfect stay! A Smart television can be found, along with a hair dryer and full length mirror.

Luxury 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen and additional throws are provided in both bedrooms, along with a selection of high quality towels for each guest, oak flooring and white wooden slatted blinds.

Beach Towels are also provided for each guest.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom of Penthouse View is located off the hallway next to the living area and is tiled throughout with stylish contemporary tiles. There is a bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin, chrome heated towel rail and a large mirror with light and shaver point. Additional storage is provided ideal for all your holiday essentials.

Bedroom One Ensuite

The en-suite shower room, located in bedroom one, boasts the same superb contemporary style and comprises a wash basin, WC, shower, heated chrome towel rail and large mirror with shaver point and light.

A selection of high quality towels are provided for each guest and complimentary White Company toiletries.

Balcony

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
