The open plan living area has the most fabulous sea views encompassing Porthminster beach, St Ives and Godrevy Lighthouse. Sink into the large grey sofa with two contemporary red striped arm chairs with large coffee table and be mesmerised by the ever changing colours of the seascapes before you. A TV cabinet houses the superb entertainment package provided, with a 40″ Samsung Smart Full HD TV , Playstation 3 with selection of games, dvds and blu ray discs, bluetooth speaker for playing your own selection of music and complimentary Wi-Fi.
A selection of books, maps and leaflets are there to inspire you with local information of things to do during your stay.
The dining area is perfectly positioned alongside the kitchen, guests can keep the chef happy whilst taking in the stunning views through the window , there is round glass topped table with four matching grey leather dining chairs.
The hallway welcomes you into the apartment and provides the perfect space for hanging your coat or discarding your walking boots.
Open plan to the living area, it is a pleasure to cook here, whilst socialising and gazing at the sea views beyond. This beautiful modern kitchen has a range of white gloss cupboards and plenty of work space for you to cook up a storm. Furnished with built in Siemens and Bosch appliances including a large fridge/freezer, a Bosch microwave, four ring induction hob with extractor above, an oven with grill, a dishwasher and washing machine. In addition you will find a toaster, kettle and all the utensils, pots and pans you could possibly need to prepare a meal in this home from home.
Additional washing facilities are available in the laundry building at the back of the building. There is a commercial coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer for guest use. There is also a separate building housing the bins.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers with vanity mirror, matching bedside tables with reading lamps and a full length mirror. An LCD flat screen television with Freeview is provided for those lazy mornings in bed.
Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels (hand towel and bath sheet per person) plus a hairdryer are provided.
An ironing board, iron, clothes airer and highchair all housed within the wardrobe.
The shower room is located adjacent to the master bedroom and living area and has a wash basin, WC, large walk- in shower with rain shower, under-floor heating, heated towel rail, shaver point and an illuminated vanity mirror.
High-quality bath sheet and hand towel are provided for each guest and complimentary White Company toiletries are provided in the bathroom.

St Ives has so much to offer holidaymakers which is why they return year on year, the quaint harbour is just 3 minutes walk away with its shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants. Guests are spoilt for choice with a number of golden Blue Flag awarded beaches, Carrack Widden overlooks the child friendly Porthminster Beach with its famous Beach Cafe one of many superb restaurants to choose from.
For those who decide to use public transport, the bus station is around the corner, the branch line train railway station is 5 minutes walk away just above Porthminster Beach and links St Ives with St Erth, Penzance and mainline stations. Ideal for car free holidays.
‘The Malakoff’ nearby is a small garden located at the end of The Terrace, offering a magnificent vantage point for taking in the panoramic views across the harbour, Porthminster beach and St Ives Bay. There is also a fine bronze sculpture by Barbara Hepworth called ‘Epidaurous’ which can be appreciated.

"We had a fabulous stay in Ocean Shore. It’s a beautiful apartment with stunning sea views, the décor in the apartment is lovely and it has everything you need to have a home from home stay. The location was perfect for walking into town or going on the coast path to Carbis Bay.
It was an added bonus to have a secure parking space with the property, it was nice to park up the car and then forget about using it until we returned home.
The little touches like the free bag, bucket & spades and Milk, Juice and chocolates were very much appreciated.
We will definitely be coming to stay again and hopefully in this property again."

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
