There is a 40” HD LED TV with full Sky HD package including Movies and Sport, DVD and Blue Ray player, together with a selection of books, DVDs and board games.
A Welcome Manual in the apartment provides a wealth of information about St Ives and If you feel inspired, why not take a stroll into St Ives and peruse the local art galleries and shops selling local crafts. You will enjoy reading the Visitor book which records previous guest experiences or, you may just like to discover St Ives for yourself.
The separate dining area comfortably seats four people for you to enjoy the wonderful dishes that you’ll be inspired to cook with local produce and fresh fish harvested from the sea.
If you prefer to dine out, then the acclaimed Porthminster Cafe is just over the road. One of the best beach cafés in Cornwall, and a favourite of our guests, this is not to be missed. Right on the beach, you have to try it to believe it. Other recommended eateries in St. Ives are the Seafood Cafe, St Andrew’s Bistro, Blas Burgerworks and one of the more traditional restauants tucked away in the cobbled streets, The Mermaid. If you are happy to try further afield, why not try a leisurely breakfast at Godrevy Cafe in Gwithian or Jamie Oliver’s “Fifteen” at Watergate Bay?
This contemporary kitchen has high gloss units with beautiful granite effect worktops. It exudes quality and we believe that the Owners have thought of everything. Budding and basic chefs alike should have everything that they could possibly need to create the perfect dish, the open plan accommodation of Indigo provides for sociable food preparation so chef can converse with the rest of the family. Alternatively, there are a number of take-away establishments in the Town where you can have you meal delivered.
As you would expect from an apartment of this quality, the kitchen is fully fitted and has NEFF appliances comprising microwave, electric hob, oven and extractor, in addition to a built in dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
There is a separate utility room off the hallway with a washer/ dryer, ironing board and iron.
Bedroom One with En-suite
Indigo has two generous sized bedrooms, the master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed. There are two bedside tables and bedside lamps, very spacious built in wardrobes and drawers, plenty of storage for whatever time of the year that you plan to visit Indigo which provides year round self catering at its best.
The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom with wash basin, WC, and shower enclosure.
The second bedroom of Indigo is located close to the main bathroom and has two single beds, a bedside table, drawers and wardrobe, so plenty of room for storage whatever the weather or time of year you are visiting St Ives. Beautifully presented with crisp cotton bed linen, you will enjoy a sound sleep after a long day exploring St. Ives or discovering the delights of West Cornwall.
As well as offering twin beds, a travel cot and highchair are also provided for our younger guests, we do ask however that you provide your own bedding for the travel cot.
A set of towels comprising bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel is provided for each guest.
The Master bathroom of Indigo is adjacent to the second bedroom off the hallway. It’s tiled throughout with natural tones, the sanitary-ware is white Italian style and the fittings are sleek chrome. There is a WC, sink, bath with overhead shower & screen, also a heated towel rail. Naturally, towels are provided for each guest as you would expect from one of St. Ives premier apartments.
The en-suite to the master bedroom of Indigoalso exhibits modern fittings with natural tones. The sanitary-ware is white Italian style and the fittings are sleek chrome. There is a WC, sink, and shower enclosure with power shower. With a choice of bathrooms, there will be no disagreements as to “who is first”, as both offer a perfect place to relax from a hard day on the beach.
The Balcony at Indigo is somewhere where you may enjoy most of your time, it has a table and chairs, seating up to four people. It is a superb spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. For mood lighting in the evening there is outdoor floor lighting to give you that bit of atmosphere while you sip your glass of wine and relax to the pace of Cornwall.
The Balcony enjoys the sun for most of the day and with sun setting behind you, you will enjoy the ever changing colours of the sea and sky. Of course a short walk in Town, to Porthmeor Beach is where you will witness the most spectacular sunsets and catch the silhouettes of the last surfers catching the waves.

It was well equipped and an ideal base for our favourite beach- Porthminster. The Housekeeper gave us a very warm and helpful welcome and we have found all staff very friendly and efficient. Our daughter said that she wanted to live there! The only thing we can complain about is that the week went too quickly! Thank you for a lovely holiday.”

"We loved the apartment and St Ives, there is a nice public leisure centre with childrens pool and gym just up the hill 5 minutes from Gallinas Point. We used this most days, good for the kids if weather is bad and for a nice swim / gym. We also liked the seals in the harbour almost every afternoon. We liked the fact that we could eat in some nice restaurants but that they also had a childrens menu. St Andrews Bistro was a favourite, very nice food for grown ups and atmnosphere but also very welcoming for children. Paradise Park was great, nice day out for the family, with indoor play. Only 10 minutes drive. We loved everything and will definitely return."

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
