Lounge

A designer holiday penthouse that oozes quality, the spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is beautifully appointed with two comfortable leather sofas and a relaxer chair. For your entertainment there is a 50″ LCD TV with surround sound, full Sky package including Movies and Sport, DVD player and for those family games, a Nintendo Wii. The floor to ceiling windows are a special feature of this property which has a full width south facing balcony furnished with a sun lounger, table and chairs.

Dining Area

The dining area is furnished with a high gloss white round table with six designer chairs. Perfect for a sociable meal at Panacea for those who choose to eat in. St Ives town is of course just a short walk away, here you are presented with a cosmopolitan of dining of the highest standard, so many choices !

Alternatively, the patio is a wonderful place to enjoy al fresco dining during the warm summer evenings. Take in the beautiful sea views across St Ives Bay and relax to the pace of Cornwall.

Kitchen

This top of the range SieMatic kitchen benefits from integral microwave, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. With contrasting cream and wenge units, the stunning corian work surfaces co-ordinate perfectly. A substantial breakfast bar with two stools allows guests to share a conversation with the budding chefs who will find every gadget and implement to prepare the meal.

There is a separate utility room off the hallway with a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.

Bedroom one

The master bedroom is upstairs in this luxury duplex apartment, with a quality Sealy king size bed and mattress, bedside tables and touch reading lights. Beautifully dressed with scatter cushions and throw you will be sure of a good nights sleep. There is a plenty of storage provided and also an LCD TV, a relaxer chair is conveniently placed in this spacious bedroom.

Bedroom one has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, wc, bath with overhead shower.

Bedroom two

Positioned downstairs and on the same level as the living area, bedroom two has a king size Sealy bed and mattress, two bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and an LCD television. Sea glimpses over St Ives town to Godrevy Lighthouse.

Bedroom two has an ensuite bathroom with handbasin, wc and shower enclosure.

Bedroom three

Located upstairs, this bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe, bedside table with touch light, an LCD television. Sea glimpses over the roof tops of St. Ives and across the bay.

A selection of high quality towels are provided per person together with luxury Egyptian Cotton bed linen.

Panacea must be one of the few properties where guests can enjoy the facility of three bathrooms.

Bathroom One

The main bathroom is located on the ground floor of Panacea and has beautiful Travertine-style tiling throughout. There is bath with overhead shower WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Bathroom Two

The ensuite to bedroom one is located upstairs and has the same superb contemporary style and comprises a wash basin, WC, bath with overhead shower and heated towel rail.

Bathroom Three

The ensuite to bedroom two is located downstairs and has the same Travertine style and comprises a wash basin, WC, bath with overhead shower and heated towel rail.

A selection of towels are provided per person.

The south facing full-width decked terrace is a perfect sun-trap and is enviably positioned within Gallinas Point to benefit from stunning views across St. Ives Bay.

There is a table with four Ratan chairs together with a sun lounger which is bound to prove popular with guests. There is with one allocated parking space behind a secure barrier.

Complimentary membership to the Harbour Hotel Spa is provided for two guests for the duration of your holiday. A 15% discount off spa treatments and a 10% discount off Harbour Hotel restaurant meals and drinks is also provided. Please note that children’s pool times apply.

The rainforest biome was amazing, not sure the rest lived up to this. An hours drive from St Ives. And finally, a very bracing swim off Porthminster beach. Availability for Panacea

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
