Lounge

The lovely lounge on the first floor of this duplex apartment offers mood lighting and two sofas. For your entertainment there is a 42″”Plasma TV with Sky including full Sports and Movie package, DVD player with a selection of DVD’s and complimentary Wi-Fi. A Ninetendo Wii with some games is provided for further amusement. The floor to ceiling windows are a special feature of this property with views across to Tregenna and across Porthminster Beach to Godrevy Lighthouse. Velux windows also provide natural light to this spacious room.

Dining Room

The dining room which leads off the designer kitchen, is on the lower floor and has an oak table with seating for six guests, as well as an oak sideboard. Patio doors open from here to a full width south facing balcony to enjoy al fresco dining, the balcony has lovely sea views. The renowned Porthminster Cafe is just a short walk away on the beach, as is a wide choice of quality restaurants in the nearby town.

Kitchen

A stunning SieMatic kitchen benefits from integral microwave, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. With cream soft close units, stunning corian work surfaces, a Neff oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, this is bound to suit the aspiring chef. There is a breakfast bar with two stools and the kitchen then adjoins the dining area with access to the balcony. If chef has time to look, there are wonderful views across St Ives Bay from the kitchen.

There is also a separate utility room off the hallway with a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.

Bedroom One with En-suite

The master bedroom is truly magnificent with a feature floor to ceiling window with views over St Ives town. Located upstairs in this luxury duplex apartment, with a luxurious king size bed dressed with scatter cushions and a throw, bedside tables and reading lights. With plenty of space, there are two tub chairs to relax and perhaps watch the 32″ LCD HD Freeview television. There is a wardrobe and further chest of drawers for additional storage.

Bedroom one has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, WC, romantic walk in double shower enclosure and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom Two

Positioned downstairs, bedroom two also has a double bed and is beautifully presented with bedside tables and reading lamps, fitted wardrobes and a 22″ LCD Freeview television for those lazy mornings. Coastal sea views from the windows over St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse can also be enjoyed.

Bedroom two is conveniently located across the corridor from bathroom two.

Bedroom Three

Located downstairs, this bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinets and reading lamps, a further chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. For entertainment there is a 22″ LCD Freeview television. The delight of this room is that it has patio doors leading to the balcony and sea views across Porthminster along the Cornish coastline.

Bedroom three has an en-suite bathroom comprising handbasin, WC, shower enclosure and also a heated towel rail.

A selection of sumptious towels are provided per person and all beds are prepared with high quality bed linen and dressed with scatter cushions.

The Penthouse has three bathrooms, two en-suite to bedrooms one and three and one family bathroom, ideal for families or friends looking for private luxury.

Bathroom One

The en-suite to bedroom one has beautiful Travertine-style tiling throughout, there is double width walk in shower enclosure, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Bathroom Two

The family bathroom has the same superb contemporary style and also has a WC, wash basin, bath with overhead shower, as well as a heated towel rail.

Bathroom Three

The en-suite to bedroom three has a WC, wash basin, shower enclosure and a heated towel rail.

A selection of fluffy towels are provided per person together with complimentary White Company toiletries in each bathroom.

Balcony

The south facing full-width 20′ decked balcony has chrome balustrades and is a lovely sun-trap benefitting from stunning views across St Ives Bay. In the evening enjoy the soft glow of the blue tinted uplighters, just the place to enjoy a cocktail before wandering into St Ives Town just 5 minutes away.

Availability for The Penthouse

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
