This beautifully furnished room is framed with a huge bay window with large window seat and views looking to the sea. Relax by the wood burner on the large modular sofa with seating for 6 arranged for guests to enjoy the 43” Smart LED TV and Playstation IV with dual controllers incorporating a DVD player along with a DVD library and games selection. A Bluetooth sound bar is provided for your entertainment.
Open plan and sociable with the living area, the dining area is positioned to enjoy a superb sea view across the bay. Seating 8, this table is a great spot to sample some of the delights you have found during your days exploring Cornwall. There is a cosy under stair sofa with reading light, perfect to curl up with your favourite book and enjoy a relaxing moment. Along with a sideboard full of board games and local information.
The shaker kitchen with white units and beech block work surfaces provide ample storage and preparation space. The well stocked kitchen has everything you could require with a large Smeg ceramic range cooker with 5 gas rings including wok ring, electric oven, a grill, and overhead extractor, larder fridge/ freezer, Panasonic microwave, a full size dishwasher, washing machine, a kettle and toaster. The owners have taken care to ensure that you will have all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need in your luxurious home by the sea.
There is a breakfast bar with two bar chairs for enjoying breakfast and a useful bench seat with coat hooks and ample storage for boots and wellies. A stable door opens out onto the rear terrace.
Bedroom One with En-Suite
Bedroom one is accessed from its own stairway and has a king size (5ft) bed. With a sea facing window the width of the room with breathtaking panoramic views across Porthmeor Beach and The Island, guests can relax and enjoy view. There is a double wardrobe, two bedside units, a chest of drawers and vanity seat with mirror. Entertainment is provided with a 40″ Smart TV and coastal art gives guest a real sense of place.
The perfect place to pamper is the indulgent en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom Two with En-Suite
This spacious first floor bedroom boasts a king-size (5ft) bed, double wardrobe with full length mirror, two bedside units and chest of drawers. Enjoy the ever-changing view of the sea through the large bay window with window seat and picture window. A 40″ Smart TV is provided for your entertainment.
Bedroom two has the luxury of an en-suite shower room.
Positioned to the rear of the property, bedroom three is located on the first floor and has window with views across the houses to the rear. This room matching twin beds with bedside unit, a chest of drawers and 24″ Smart LED TV, along with hooks on back of the door for additional hanging space.
The fourth and final bedroom is also located on the first floor to the rear overlooking houses at the back with distant sea glimpses. It has twin bunk beds which are suitable for children and are 5Ft 5″ long and 2Ft 6″ wide, a chest of drawers and bedside unit and large reading lamp are provided, perfect for ‘book at bedtime’. A wall hung 19.5″ LED TV with integrated DVD player provides entertainment here and guests have use of the family bathroom adjacent.
A hairdryer can be found for guest use. Wooden floors and blackout lined blinds or curtains are provided in each bedroom.
The family bathroom is located on the first floor and is easily accessible to bedrooms three and four. The bathroom suite comprises a bath, wash basin, mirror and a chrome towel rail and wc.
En-suite to Bedroom One
The spacious en-suite boasts a walk in shower with miele shower, claw foot bath, wash basin, mirror, towel rail and wc.
En-suite to Bedroom Two
The en-suite to bedroom two has a large walk in Mira Sport Shower with separate hand shower, wash basin, mirror and wc. Storage is available on some bespoke shelving.
A hand towel, bath towel, and bath sheet are provided for each guest, together with complimentary White Company toiletries.
Sun Trap Patio
There is a suntrap patio to the rear of the property with two chairs provided perfect for enjoying an alfresco drink.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
