This beautifully furnished room has double aspect windows giving you a awe inspiring view of Porthminster Beach, the bay and St Ives town with the island. Two large sofas, coffee tables, a selection of reading lamps allow you to relax and unwind. A wood burner, with logs provided for your arrival, is waiting for you to warm your toes on cooler winter days.
Enjoy the 42” Panasonic LED TV with Sky Movies and Sport and complimentary broadband. Double french doors doors open out to the rear terrace and a door leads to a tiled balcony at the front of the house with views to the beach.
The dining area is open plan to the kitchen and overlooks the garden and terrace.The oak table and eight Kartell Masters chairs is perfect for a gathering of family and friends. Should you wish to venture out, the renowned Porthminster Cafe is just down the road and St Ives town has a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars within a few minutes walk.
Located on the ground floor of this beautiful home, the sitting room has been designed to offer a space for guests to hide away with a favourite film or book and enjoy the ocean view to Porthminster Beach and beyond in the stylish armchairs provided. A selection of books and local information are provided book shelves.
Tucked away on the second floor, up fifteen stairs, guests can hide away in the den with a favourite film or book. There is a sofa seating two and a selection of bean bags with a 40″ Sony TV and Playstation IV with two controllers & a selection of games and DVDs provided for your enjoyment.
There are wooden floors throughout the living areas.
The spacious kitchen with pale green Corian worksurfaces and units provide ample storage and preparation space. The well stocked kitchen has everything you could require with a CDA cooker with 4 ring and wok burner, large oven with grill, American fridge/ freezer, microwave, a full size 12 place dishwasher, a Russell Hobbs kettle and four slice toaster and a Kenwood tri-blade hand blender. The owners have taken care to ensure that you will have all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need to make this your home from home.
Utility and Store
Laundry facilities are available in a separate utility building outside and across the terrace. With a washing machine and dryer, along with sink and stunning views down to the beach. This is the perfect place to store beach equipment or dry wet suits after a day on the beach.
Bedroom One with En-Suite
Bedroom one is located on the ground floor on the right hand side of the entrance hallway, this spacious room has a large bay window perfectly framing the beautiful views of Porthminster Beach, St Ives Harbour, town and the island. This luxurious bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe will ensure you have a relaxing holiday. There is a walk-in wardrobe with hanging space, five drawers and large mirror perfect for getting ready for the day ahead. For your comfort there is a king sized bed, also two bedside units with reading lamps and a large floor standing mirror. The perfect place to pamper is the indulgent en-suite shower room.
This quiet ground floor bedroom boasts a double (4ft 6″) bed, wardrobe with full length mirror inside, two bedside units with lamps. Enjoy beautiful view of St Ives through the large window. Bedroom two also benefits from an en-suite bathroom.
14 wooden stairs lead you up to the first floor.
Positioned to the front of the property, bedroom three is located on the first floor and is dual aspect with a large window to make the most of the panoramic views and a window with roller blind overlooking the garden to the rear. This room has twin 2ft 6″ beds which can be arranged as a king size zip and link upon request. There is a bedside unit with reading lamp, chair and a wardrobe with hanging and shelf space. There is a fire-door with side access to the tiled balcony with wooden balustrade and the garden beyond. Bedroom three is opposite the family bathroom.
The fourth and final bedroom of this home is located on the first floor overlooking the tennis courts to the beach and ocean beyond. It boasts king size bed, two fitted wardrobes, a large mirror, two bedside tables with lamps and armchair. Guests have use of the family bathroom just across the hall.
A hairdryer can be found in all four bedrooms, along with fitted carpets and lined curtains unless otherwise stated.
The family bathroom is located on first floor adjacent to bedroom three and four. The bathroom suite comprises a bath, wash basin with storage underneath, W.C, large mirror, shaver point and chrome heated towel rail.
En-suite to Bedroom One
This luxurious en-suite wet room boasts a rain shower with hand held shower unit, chrome heated towel rail and W.C., the large wash basin, mirror with vanity light, the bedroom is adjacent to the wet room and walk in Wardrobe, this beautiful en-Suite is the ideal place to pamper yourself!
En-suite to Bedroom Two
The en-suite to bedroom two has bath, wash basin with under sink storage, mirror with vanity light and W.C.
There is a W.C. with wash hand basin, mirror and heated towel rail on the first floor adjacent to the living area and opposite the kitchen.
A hand towel, bath towel, and bath sheet are provided for each guest, together with complimentary White Company toiletries.
Garden and terraces.
The beautiful, tranquil and mature gardens to the rear and side are enclosed and private and laid to lawn. The paved sun terrace has four sun loungers and an amazing view of the beach and ocean to make the most of the Cornish sun. To the rear and accessed from the living are is a granite paved terrace with table that seats for a morning coffee or apres dinner drinks. Should you decide to make the most of the Cornish weather and dine alfresco there is a higher terrace with BBQ and pergola.
The garden extends up three terraces and paths, which are laid to lawn with paths to explore. A variety of seats, tables and chairs are provided for you to rest and relax whilst enjoying the views from the many paved terraces that surround this fantastic property.
A pathway leads up through the garden to a secure gate which leads onto the coastal path up to the terrace or down to the beach and beyond.
Children should be supervised on the steep steps and terraces.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
