A selection of reading lamps are provided for you to set the perfect mood and a table with two arm chairs create the perfect spot for moments of quiet contemplation or to catch up on the days headlines. Bi-fold doors open out to the south facing terrace, allowing the light and sea air to flood in and you can enjoy an alfresco drink or dinner.
Open plan and sociable with the kitchen and living area, the dining area is positioned to enjoy a superb sea view across the bay. Seating 8, the table is a great spot to sample some of the delights of Cornwall cooked up by your nominated chef.
Guests can hide away in the den with a favourite film or book or there is a 32″ HDMI LED TV and guests old and young will enjoy the Playstation 3 with dual controllers, selection of games, DVDs and unlimited WiFi.
When entering this stunning apartment, you are greeted into a welcoming hallway where you will find ample space for walking boots, beach gear and hanging coats. As well as door to a small utility room containing washer/dryer, Iron/Ironing board and airer.
The contemporary kitchen comprises of white high gloss units teamed with black granite work tops and splash backs with a large breakfast bar and three leather bar stools, for socialising whilst preparing the meal. It is suitably appointed with an integrated Neff oven/grill, microwave, 4 ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The owners have taken care to ensure that you will have all the crockery, glassware and utensils you need in your luxurious home by the sea. For coffee lovers, you are sure to enjoy the Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary tube of pods.
A separate utility room is located off the main entrance hallway. The washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and airer.
Bedroom One is a spacious retreat for guests, this bright, airy room has a superking zip and link bed which can be arranged as twin beds on request bed, there is a large wardrobe, full length mirror, two oak bedside tables, matching bedside lamps, two tall boys, vanity table with mirror and chair, providing ample storage space. Watch the 40″ HD Smart TV from the comfort of your bed or simply sit back in the sofa or two armchairs provided. You are not overlooked so it is a pleasure to sleep with the double doors open to the juliet balcony. A DAB radio and music docking station are also provided for your entertainment. Bedroom One benefits from a spacious en-suite.
Bedroom two is also located on the first floor to the front of the penthouse and benefits from views of the town and beach through the galleried windows. There is a kingsize bed with wardrobe, two bedside tables with reading lights and dressing table with mirror and chair. Bedroom two has the luxurious treat of a double ended scallop freestanding bath and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom three is located to the ground floor of the property, the superking zip and link bed can be arranged as twin beds on request and is sumptuously dressed in luxury egyptian cotton bedding smoothing the way to a comfortable nights sleep. There is a double wardrobe and chest of drawers with plenty of hanging and storage. Two bedside tables with lamps , a dressing table, vanity mirror and two chairs are also provided.
There is a Sony 22″ HDMI LCD TV with DVD and Freeview plus a Sony radio/alarm with docking station for devices. Carpet is laid throughout, with dimmable spot lighting, the third bedroom is conveniently located next to the den and family bathroom.
Luxury cotton bed linen is provided in all bedrooms with a selection of high quality towels for each guest. A hairdyer is available for guest use in each of the bedroom and they have fitted carpets throughout.
The family bathroom is located on the ground floor next to the den and is tiled throughout with large shower enclosure with rainfall shower, WC, large wash basin, chrome heated towel rail, mirror and shaver point.

The en-suite bathroom, located upstairs in boasts a large wash basin, bath with over bath Hansgrohe shower, WC, heated chrome towel rail, large mirror and shaver point.

The en-suite to bedroom two is a real indulgence with a free standing double ended slip bath from which you can view the sea, a walk in rain shower and separate hand shower, large wash basin, mirror and WC.
A selection of high quality towels comprising of bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest. Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided in each bathroom.
The private beach front facing terrace are positioned above Porthminster beach to benefit from stunning views across St Ives Bay to St Ives harbour, town and island.
A rattan table and four matching chairs are provided with 2 rattan sun loungers perfect for alfresco dining, drinks or making the most of the fresh Cornish air and sun.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
