Living Area Lounge The lovely lounge on the first floor of this duplex apartment offers mood lighting and two sofas. For your entertainment there is a 42""Plasma TV with Sky including full Sports and Movie package, DVD player with a selection of DVD's and complimentary Wi-Fi. A Ninetendo Wii with some games is provided for further amusement. The floor to ceiling windows are a special feature of this property with views across to Tregenna and across Porthminster Beach to Godrevy Lighthouse. Velux windows also provide natural light to this spacious room. Dining Room The dining room which leads off the designer kitchen, is on the lower floor and has an oak table with seating for six guests, as well as an oak sideboard. Patio doors open from here to a full width south facing balcony to enjoy al fresco dining, the balcony has lovely sea views. The renowned Porthminster Cafe is just a short walk away on the beach, as is a wide choice of quality restaurants in the nearby town. Kitchen Kitchen A stunning SieMatic kitchen benefits from integral microwave, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. With cream soft close units, stunning corian work surfaces, a Neff oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, this is bound to suit the aspiring chef. There is a breakfast bar with two stools and the kitchen then adjoins the dining area with access to the balcony. If chef has time to look, there are wonderful views across St Ives Bay from the kitchen. There is also a separate utility room off the hallway with a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. For entertainment there is a 22" LCD Freeview television. The delight of this room is that it has patio doors leading to the balcony and sea views across Porthminster along the Cornish coastline. A selection of sumptious towels are provided per person and all beds are prepared with high quality bed linen and dressed with scatter cushions.
