Our phone lines are currently closed. We continue to respond to all email enquiries as quickly as we can. As an agency we are sorry but we cannot automatically offer transfers or refunds. When requests are received, we pass all requests on to the owner of the property who your letting contract is with. Once a response is received we will respond to yourself. Please note that in law we cannot overule an owners decision.
