Penreen Apartments are a select development of 4 apartments on Boskerris Road, set back from St Ives Road but conveniently positioned to take advantage of the bus routes to St Ives and other local destinations..

Penreen Apartments offer one and two bedroomed apartments which have balconies or garden patio areas and allocated parking is provided outside the apartments.

Built in 2010 to a very high standard, these apartments will be attractive to guests looking for a central base to enjoy the delights of Carbis Bay and St Ives. A Tesco supermarket is nearby and St. Ives is a 20 minute walk away. There is a delightful walk to the beach through the Carbis Bay Valley. The Carbis Bay railway station is about 7 minutes walk downhill, linking St Ives in one direction and St Erth and mainline stations in the other.
