The living area consists of a sitting area which extends out to a contemporary seaward facing conservatory, giving you a choice of two comfortable areas to relax and allowing the sea views to flow through both welcoming spaces, cosy up on the sofa in the sitting area, next to the electric fire and enjoy the entertainment on the television or pour a glass of wine, walk through the French doors into the conservatory, furnished with comfortable seating for four and soak up the stunning panoramic views of the bay, the conservatory accesses a private seaward facing terrace, where the views are maximised further stretching right out to St Ives.
The dining area is located in a separate room adjacent to the kitchen, a table and four chairs are provided and a Juliette balcony allows natural light to flood in offering a comfortable space to entertain or for the family to gather for meals.

The contemporary and well-appointed kitchen features a great outlook through the double French doors to the private terrace.
It is fitted with integral Neff appliances including oven, hob and dishwasher, plus washer/drier, fridge freezer and microwave oven.
You will find all the utensils, crockery and glassware you would expect in a luxury self-catering apartment – a real home from home.

There is a choice of two comfortable bedrooms, both are located upstairs to maximise the sea views.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a large window lets in natural light and frames a picture-postcard view of the bay.
There is ample storage for your stay and bedside cabinets with lamps.
In addition, there is a dressing table, stool and full-length mirror.
A hairdryer is provided.

The second bedroom also enjoys sea views and has two single beds with storage underneath, a bedside table, a single wardrobe and full-length mirror.

Located downstairs, ideally for those coming off the beach is a shower room, it features a WC, washbasin, mirror and an enclosed shower cubicle with power shower.
