Around the headland are Porth Kidney Sands and Hayle Estuary, and in just a few minutes, the nearby delightful scenic railway takes you straight into the beautiful fishing village of St Ives with its lovely harbour, shops and seafood restaurants. Living area Hallway Upon entering the light and airy apartment, you will be met with stunning sea views through the lounge and master bedroom doorways.

There is ample space for hanging coats in the utility room and coir matting for sandy shoes or muddy boots as you come through the nautical front door.

There is oak flooring throughout the living area and a video entry phone is also provided. Living Area The stunning uninterrupted sea views from the living area are breathtaking.

Stretching right across the award-winning Carbis Bay Beach, there are views of the charming fishing village of St Ives harbour and Godrevy Lighthouse.

Sliding glass French doors lead out on to a glass-fronted sea view balcony ideal for dining alfresco or sipping sundowners while gazing at the amazing colours of the sun setting over the Cornish ocean.

Inside, Sea Mist is decorated in a contemporary coastal theme with a comfortable corner sofa and footstool, together with luxury cushions and throws, an ocean blue coffee table and beach style furniture, in keeping with the relaxing Cornish lifestyle.

If you tire of watching the sea, there is plenty to entertain you including a full Sky TV package with films and sport, together with complimentary Netflix and a large selection of DVD's, together with a Panasonic sound system with CD player/Bluetooth/USB/FM radio.

There is also a selection of books, magazines and games for all the family, including Playstation 4 and superfast broadband.

There are buckets and spades, a windbreaker and four beach chairs available for fun days at the beach!

A set of binoculars are provided for dolphin and seal spotting in the bay.

An apartment information book, and local area information and Cornish attraction details are also provided. Dining Area The open plan dining area is located near to the kitchen, making it ideal for socialising when you are cooking and entertaining.

A glass top dining table, accompanied by four chairs, offers comfortable dining for the whole family.

There is also dimmed lighting to set the mood for a romantic atmosphere. Kitchen The open plan kitchen, set at the rear of the property, and conveniently right next to the dining area, takes full advantage of the fabulous sea views and a rear window allows for additional natural light, together with a privacy blind.

This contemporary kitchen is styled with modern white gloss kitchen units and stylish granite worktops offering plenty of space for preparation.

There is ample of storage space within the soft close cupboards and drawers.

This hi spec kitchen features a gas hob with extractor and electric oven & grill, integral microwave, integral fridge & separate integral freezer and full-size dishwasher.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branch line. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore. The quayside town of Hayle also isn't far and is home to activities for the all the family, including a golf and a wildlife sanctuary. The Godrevy Nature Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast are also within easy reach from Carbis Bay, providing outdoors and watersports plans with even more activities to partake in, including coasteering and birdwatching.
