Parking
- Secure parking for a medium sized car in a garage next to the apartment – dimensions: Width 2.1m widening in the middle to 2.4m, Height 1.8m, Length 4.8m.
The short driveway can be used to extend this to accommodate a larger car.
Additional resident permit parking is available on a first come first served basis on the road just outside the apartment (or in the station car park close by for £5 per day).

Upon entering Treth ha Mor you are greeted by a spacious hallway with a spiral staircase which leads up to the first floor bedrooms and terrace.
Wood flooring is laid throughout the hallway, with a useful area for hanging coats and a sideboard where books and maps can be found.
Beautifully etched glass panels with a Godrevy Lighthouse design allow light to flood in from the living area and a lovely selection of local artworks adorn the walls throughout.
Living Area
The living area is located off the entrance hallway and boasts outstanding panoramic views across the whole of St Ives Bay and along Carbis Bay beach below.
A large tan leather corner sofa comfortably seats six and is perfectly situated for enjoying the fabulous views from the double windows or for taking advantage of the superb entertainments package provided.
A 40” Sony smart television with with Sky Q package including Sports, Cinema, Kids and BT Sport can be viewed from both the living and dining areas.

When walking into the dining area you cannot help but be mesmerised by the outstanding views through the floor to ceiling sliding patio doors which lead out onto a small balcony.
The glass and oak dining table with six matching oak and leather chairs are placed perfectly for enjoying the views whilst you dine.
A Pure iPod/iPhone/iPad docking DAB radio and pebble table lamp can be found on the oak sideboard, along with an excellent selection of quality glassware and board games within.There is a bookcase with a selection of DVDs and books.
We wouldn’t be surprised if you decided not to try out any of the local restaurants, when you can sit at your own dining table with the sound of the waves crashing below and a view that stretches for miles.
But should you decide to taste the local culinary delights, then there's plenty to choose from amongst the excellent array of places to eat in St Ives from a delicious local Ice Cream or freshly baked Cornish Pasty to award winning fine dining restaurants.
