The property

Wingspan is an immaculate second-floor penthouse apartment in Carbis Bay, Cornwall with spectacular sea views.

A fantastic base for a family of four's seaside escape, Wingspan is located a stone's throw from the beach and the South West Coastal Path, whilst boasting stunning décor.

When you arrive at the property, park your car in the off-road designated parking area before entering the building and using the lift or climbing the stairs to get to your wonderful base.

Step inside to be welcomed by an incredible open-plan living room with everything you need right at your fingertips, as well as those magnificent sea views provided by the floor-length windows.

Make yourself at home on the spacious corner sofa in the sitting area and turn on the Smart TV to watch a movie, or perhaps you'd like to do some sightseeing from the comfort of your getaway by spotting Godrevy Lighthouse or St Ives's headland with the telescope?

When you're hungry, head over to the U-shaped kitchen, a sleek space with lots of integrated appliances for the group's chef to create culinary wonders with.

These delicious treats may be enjoyed as a small nibble at the neighbouring breakfast bar or as a sit-down dinner with the entire family at the lovely dining table.

A convenient utility room is located just off the open-plan living area, where you can wash and dry any sandy clothes.

Hayle is also not far away and offers an entertaining day out, the Hayle Estuary, Paradise Park and JungleBarn, as well as its huge beach, Porthkidney, taking centre stage.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branch line. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore. The quayside town of Hayle also isn't far and is home to activities for the all the family, including a golf and a wildlife sanctuary. The Godrevy Nature Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast are also within easy reach from Carbis Bay, providing outdoors and watersports plans with even more activities to partake in, including coasteering and birdwatching. Carbis Bay is truly a wonderful holiday location for those wanting to experience Cornwall's breathtaking coastline.
