Dining Area The open plan dining and living area is great for entertaining with stunning sea views from everywhere.

The whole space is light and bright with excellent use of natural light, which has inspired many famous artists for years in St Ives, flooding in through the roof and bay windows.

A ship’s Porthole mirror compliments the nautical theme throughout this space and if you love to entertain, a hand crafted wooden table features as the centre piece, to display your culinary creations.

Two large wooden benches and four chairs offer comfortable seating for groups to dine. Games Room / Den If the kids want to escape or just chill-out in-front of a large TV, the Games Room or Den located on the ground floor is ideal.

Don’t imagine a dark space though, this room is sea facing and as you relax on the sofa you may have trouble concentrating when the outside view is far more entertaining than the virtual one. Entrance The entrance hall, part of the open plan dining area, is bright with natural light flooding in through the glazed roof.

For your comfort a bench has been provided to make it easier to remove your boots or sandy shoes after a country walk or playing on the beach.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branch line. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore.
