Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. Sea Holly -
The annex is adjoining a full time residential property and linked to the main house by a locked internal door which is located in the annex hall way near the bathroom and main bedroom. This door is locked by a key and an additional lock on the guest side of the door for security and peace of mind.
Access
Sea Holly offers guests private access from the allocated parking space at the front of the main house. Through a gate leaving to the private garden, patio space and around to property front door.
Shed
Please note that the shed seen in the garden is kept locked and not for the use of guests.
Heating
Whilst the property offers a separate thermostat for the annex. The boiler for the property is located in the main residence/adjoining house.
