The Kitchen area also benefits from a integrated washer/dryer. Sleeping Bedroom One with En-suite The master bedroom is situated across the hallway to the rear of the property.

Building Work Notice
There is currently building work underway at Carrick Lodge which is located adjacent to the Belyars Croft development to renovate the existing building and add an extension. Carrick Lodge is accessed by vehicle via the shared driveway accessed via Belyars Croft’s parking area. The remaining building work is expected to continue throughout 2025 and these works are projected to take place at the front/south side of the building which is the furthest point of the building away from Belyars Croft. During this time associated activity and noises may be experienced, with workmen and vehicles also being on site. Please note, the views from your apartment will not be affected.
