Oceania is a penthouse apartment located in the Peninsula apartments in St Ives, we provide all utilities and White Company Egyptian linen and White Company luxury towels.
We supply complimentary spa passes provided for 4 guests at HarSPA at the Harbour Hotel, the passes include 20% discount off spa treatments and food Monday to Friday in the HarBAR and access is valid until the 22nd of November 2025; Membership is reviewed annually by the owner for the following year and is subject to renewal.
Please call the spa prior to arrival at the property to arrange your entry and they will give you any information regarding the packages that you require, you can access the Spa's treatment via their website.

Entertainment.
We provide complimentary wireless internet, Amazon Echo, a selection of boardgames, PS4 with FIFA 19, Minecraft & many other popular games, there is an Xbox 360 Kinetic with a selection of games for all ages in the twin room on a 32” LCD Smart TV with FreeView and a Blu-Ray DVD player with selection of DVDs for all ages.
There is also a Bose Sound Link mini with Bluetooth capability and a 75" Samsung Smart television including Samsung sound bar and a full Sky package including Movies & Sport, Netflix and catch-up Apps.
For families there is a complimentary travel cot and highchair available, non slip bathmats both bathrooms, Socket Protectors, childrens crockery and plates and a hand blender, please note we request that guests provide their own cot bedding and additional space is available for a second travel cot (cot not provided).
Access.
There is lift access to each floor within Peninsula, we can provide a detailed access statement available on request.
Parking.
Guests are provided with one allocated parking space in an underground car park adjacent to the Peninsula apartments, Oceania is perfectly located for shops, restaurants, beaches and local attractions, which are all within a five-minute walk of this special holiday property.
Please note there is a maximum width of 210cm in the car parking space.
Living Room.
The wonderfully spacious living area can be found off the entrance hallway on the ground floor, this fantastic room is sure to impress all guests with its walnut flooring, contemporary furnishings and floor to ceiling French doors with remote control blinds, leading out on to one of your private balconies.
The panoramic sea views from here are magnificent, sweeping across from St Ives harbour to Hayle Towans taking in Godrevy lighthouse or alternatively, why not watch the comings and goings in the bay from the lounge window using either the binoculars or tripod mounted spotting scope.
For your comfort, Oceania provides two comfortable three seat grey leather settees, leather chair and glass coffee table, ideally positioned to make the most of the comprehensive entertainment package provided, which includes a 75" Samsung Smart TV with Sound Bar and full Sky package including Movies & Sport, Netflix, Apps, Blu-ray DVD player with a selection of DVD’s for all ages and four pairs of, PS4 with FIFA 19, Minecraft & other games as well as a Bose Sound link mini & Amazon Echo.
Dining Area.
The dining area is situated within the open plan living space furnished with an onyx table and four grey leather chairs and is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the sea views through the French doors, as well as for socialising with those preparing dinner in the kitchen.
Should you decide to venture out for dinner Carbis Bay, St Ives and the surrounding area has a wide choice of quality restaurants, modern and traditional pubs as well as several places to obtain take-away food all conveniently located just a couple of minutes' walk away from Oceania.
Entrance Hallway.
When entering this stunning apartment, you are greeted into a welcoming hallway where you will find ample space for hanging coats, along with two umbrellas which are provided for guests use.
Kitchen.
The sleek newly remodeled kitchen at Oceania is simply beautiful, fitted with white high gloss units with under counter and cupboard LED lights, quartz worktops and modern grey wall tiling, giving this luxurious property the real wow factor.
There is a 4 ring Neff induction hob, sliding door under counter oven and built in microwave, along with an integrated fridge, freezer and full-size dishwasher, we have provided a coffee machine, toaster, air fryer, kettle, handheld blender, baking equipment and scales for guest use too.
There is plenty of good quality glassware and crockery along with all the utensils you could require to make a scrumptious feast can be found in the cupboards.
Utility.
A separate utility room is located off the main entrance hallway housing the washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and wall mounted pull out drying rack.
Bedroom One.
Located on the first floor, the master bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom and is stunningly bright, airy and oozes style and sophistication, the second you walk into the bedroom you can’t help but be mesmerised by the spectacular sea views from your own private balcony.
Furnished with a king-size bed with a superior Hypnos mattress and beautifully dressed in scatter cushions and throws for a great nights sleep.
There are two bedside tables, reading lamps, ample storage and a 40” LCD Smart Freeview television with Blu-Ray and a DAB clock radio for your entertainment, there is a built in safe provided for valuables, along with a complimentary hairdryer for guests use.
Wake up in the morning and draw the blinds by remote control - sheer luxury and enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony through the French doors which provides seating for four.
Bedroom Two.
Located on the ground floor next to the family bathroom, this bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe, bedside table with reading light a DAB clock radio and a 32” LCD Smart television with Freeview, Blu-Ray, Xbox 360 Kinetic and a variety of games for children to enjoy.
The twin room benefits from views of the towns and beaches from the picture window, there is a hairdryer for guests to use and the single beds can be arranged as a zip and link super king bed on request.
Luxury cotton bed linen is provided in both bedrooms.
Bathroom One.
The main bathroom of Oceania is located on the ground floor next to bedroom two and is tiled throughout with mosaic and porcelain tiles, there is a bath with overhead Hansgrohe shower, WC, wash basin, chrome heated towel rail and shaver point.
Bathroom Two.
The en-suite bathroom, located upstairs in the master bedroom, boasts the same superb contemporary style and comprises a wash basin, A Hansgrohe shower, heated chrome towel rail and shaver point.
A selection of high-quality towels are provided per person.
Outside.
The two private beach front facing terraces are enviably positioned above Porthminster beach to benefit from stunning views across St Ives Bay, there is a glass topped rattan table, and four matching chairs provided on the ground floor balcony, perfect for alfresco dining or pre-dinner drinks.
An additional glass topped rattan table and four chairs can also be found on the master bedroom balcony, making it a great place for enjoying a quiet read in the Cornish sun.
