    “Perfect place for a great holiday in St Ives!”

    Wonderfully presented - full marks to the cleaning staff. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and an array of useful cooking items if you prefer (like we did!) to cook in! Comfy beds and a good shower too. Best thing was the fantastic view over the sea - sun up and moon up. A bit chilly for the balcony but a great place for breakfast if the weather is warm. Thank you!

Building Work Notice
There is currently building work underway at Carrick Lodge which is located adjacent to the Belyars Croft development to renovate the existing building and add an extension. The remaining building work is expected to continue throughout 2025 and these works are projected to take place at the front/south side of the building which is the furthest point of the building away from Belyars Croft. During this time associated activity and noises may be experienced, with workmen and vehicles also being on site. Please note, the views from your apartment will not be affected.

Cordyline Croft Render Works
External render works are underway at Cordyline Croft which is located behind the Belyars Croft development. The works are expected to continue through to February 2025. During this time, associated activity and noises may be experienced. **Soffit Replacement November 2024**
Please note, soffit replacement will be undertaken at the Belyars Croft Apartment development starting from Monday 4th November 2024. These works are projected to take up to three weeks (weather dependant). Associated noises will be heard and scaffolding and workmen on site during this time.
