    “Excellent flat - we really enjoyed staying here.”

    Location was perfect with guaranteed parking and walkable into town and to the train station. Lovely view from the balcony and all the facilities we needed for a week. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to St Ives.

The property

The Lighthouse, a magnificent first-floor apartment enjoys an outstanding location on the coast in St Ives, Cornwall.

The Lighthouse is the ideal home-away-from-home for a family of four, with trendy décor throughout and views over some of St Ives and the sea.

Leave your car in the shared parking area and head inside this wonderful abode, where an open-plan living space awaits.  After an exciting day at the beach, nothing beats settling down in front of the Smart TV on one of the plush sofas.  The kitchen is a contemporary space and is where the allocated chef can find everything they need to whip some delicious meals, to be enjoyed at the dining table or out on the balcony.

 The apartment has two well-appointed bedrooms, one of which is a fantastic king-size with an en-suite shower room and the other is a twin room.

The family bathroom is the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day, with the bath providing a moment of solitude amidst the bubbles.

Wander into St Ives to find a plethora of attractions and sights at your fingertips, ranging from stunning beaches and fascinating galleries to trails along the cliffs, with panoramic views from Porthminster and Clodgy Point; after making the most of the attractions for the day, visit one of the fantastic eateries or stock up on ingredients for dinner at one of the well-stocked shops.

The community of Carbis Bay, home to a magnificent beach with plenty of watersports and pampering at the beach's spa, is close by.  Venture further afield to  Penzance, where you'll find plenty to see and do, including the Jubilee Pool, Harbour, and promenade; the harbour also houses a ferry station from which you can cruise to the picturesque Isles of Scilly to marvel at even more sights in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Make the most of the area by visiting the Penwith Heritage Coast for more seaside delights, or go a shorter distance to Hayle for other activities including the renowned West Cornwall Golf Club. Choose The Lighthouse for an idyllic, coastal break.

Building Work Notice
There is currently building work underway at Carrick Lodge which is located adjacent to the Belyars Croft development to renovate the existing building and add an extension. Carrick Lodge is accessed by vehicle via the shared driveway accessed via Belyars Croft’s parking area. The remaining building work is expected to continue throughout 2025 and these works are projected to take place at the front/south side of the building which is the furthest point of the building away from Belyars Croft. During this time associated activity and noises may be experienced, with workmen and vehicles also being on site. Please note, the views from your apartment will not be affected.

Cordyline Croft Render Works
External render works are underway at Cordyline Croft which is located behind the Belyars Croft development. The works are expected to continue through to February 2025. During this time, associated activity and noises may be experienced. Please note, with the Cordyline Croft development being situated behind Belyars Croft, the views from your apartment will not be affected.
