Living Area
Heron is part of a large Victorian residence which has been sympathetically renovated to retain many of the original features. In the living area the high ceiling and bay window create a lovely bright and spacious room which show case the spectacular view over St Ives, the harbour and the bay beyond. There is a comfortable leather armchair and a sofa which is a sofa bed giving versatility and the option to accommodate extra guests. A great entertainment system is provided, including a 32ā JVC LCD television with Sky package including Movies & Sport, DAB radio and Playstation III with a collection of DVDs & games plus complimentary WiFi.
Dining Area
The dining area sits perfectly within the living area bay window, offering guests a fabulous view whilst dining. The vintage table seats two for a romantic meal in. Should you decide to dine out during your stay, you are truly spoilt for choice with an outstanding selection of restaurants right on your doorstep, serving freshly caught seafood.
Hallway
When entering this stunning apartment, you are greeted into a welcoming hallway where you will find useful hooks for hanging coats and space for shoes and boots. As well as a door leading to a wet room and W.C. and the master bedroom.
Kitchen
The kitchen is located within the open plan living space. The fitted oak units and sleek black granite effect work tops provide ample storage and space for preparing a delicious meal. Integrated slim line dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Baumatic oven-grill and combination microwave are provided along with an Indesit ceramic hob and extractor. You will find a wonderful selection of utensils including toaster and kettle, along with ample crockery, cutlery and glassware to make this luxury coastal retreat your home from home.
Bedroom One with En-suite
The bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment with a double bed and luxury cotton bedding smoothing the way to a comfortable nightās sleep in this quiet room. A chest of drawers and coat hanger rack offers plentiful hanging and shelf storage. Two bedside tables with lamps, vanity mirror, chair and a hairdryer are also provided.
There is a wall mounted 24″ HDMI LCD TV with Freeview for your entertainment. Carpet is laid throughout, with spot lighting.
This luxurious bedroom also benefits from its own fully tiled en-suite shower room with complimentary White Company toiletries and hairdryer for guest use.
Luxury cotton bed linen is provided with a selection of high quality towels for each guest.
There is a cupboard containing the Washer/dryer which also provides storage for airier, ironing board and iron.
Master En-suite
The en-suite shower room to the master bedroom comprises of a large shower enclosure with rainfall shower and handheld shower head, large wash basin with vanity light, WC and a chrome heated towel rail. Contemporary travertine style tiling can be found and a tiled window sill provides additional space for storing toiletries.
Wet Room
The wet room has been fully tiled in the same travertine tiles and provides a shower with large rainfall head and handheld shower unit, a wash basin with mirror above, WC, heated towel rail and cabinet for storage of toiletries.
A selection of high quality towels comprising are provided per person. Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided in each bathroom.
Front Terrace
A shared terrace is situated to the front of Tate Reach and can be accessed through the front door of the building. A bistro table and two chairs are provided, in an area cordonded off infront of the apartment. Ideal for an alfresco coffee with a view.
In the front courtyard, a communal shower can be found, ideal for washing off sandy wetsuits or muddy boots.

Tate Reach is a magnificent, granite faced, detached house positioned just behind the Tate St Ives and Porthmeor beach. The names of both of the apartments were inspired by two famous artists who had great connections with St Ives.
Whistler is named after the famous American born, British based artist āJames Whistlerā who visited St Ives in April-May 1884 and stayed in nearby Barnoon Terrace. Wallis is of course named after the well renowned local naĆÆve artist āAlfred Wallisā, whoās progressive work, was appreciated by other St Ives artist colony greats such as Ben Nicholson and Kit Wood.
