Lounge

The south facing spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area oozes contemporary style and is flooded with light from the floor to ceiling window and patio doors. Sleek wood laminate flooring extends throughout and the spacious lounge is styled for your comfort with two three seat leather sofas, a media unit, selection of reading and impressive entertainment package. There is a 58 inch Panasonic TV with Freeview, Netflix & Now TV, Xbox One with selection of games and DVDS and complimentary free WIFI for guest use.

Dining

The dining area is furnished with a round glass table with six designer leather chairs positioned to enjoy the lovely views and socialize with the nominated chef.

Doors provide access from the living area onto a south facing decked terrace with panoramic sea view to enjoy an alfresco drink or morning coffee.

Kitchen

The contemporary kitchen benefits from integral Neff microwave, four ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, blender, Nescafe Dolce Gusto Krups Melody 3 coffee machine and dishwasher with gloss SieMatic soft close units and the stunning granite work surfaces. There is a great selection of utensils, good quality cutlery and glassware. A substantial breakfast bar with two stools allows guests to perch comfortably while sharing the events of the day with the designated chef of the evening.
A washer/dryer, ironing board and iron are all stored in cupboard under the stairs in the hallway.

Bedroom One

Located on the first floor to the front of the property bedroom one benefits from a lovely sea view to Godrevy Lighthouse through the large velux window. With wood laminate flooring throughout, a stunning Barbara Hulanicki wallpaper feature wall, a luxuriously dressed king size bed with leather headboard and an en-suite bathroom. You have all you need for a relaxing holiday. There is a fitted wardrobe with mirrored doors and hanging space, a five drawer chest of drawers, a three drawer chest of drawers, a pair of Dwell bedside tables with matching reading lamps, large round wall mounted mirror, chair and a 24″ Freeview smart television are also provided for you comfort. Lined blackout blinds are provided on the Velux.

Bedroom Two
Positioned on the ‘ground floor’ of this beautiful duplex apartment, bedroom two has a sumptuously dressed double bed with white leather contemporary headboard, matching bedside tables and reading lamps, large mirror fronted fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and shelf space and stunning Magis Boogie Woogie shelving system on the feature wall containing a wide variety of dvds and object d’art. Bedroom two benefits from a large triple window with views to the trees at the rear of the apartment offering a quiet secluded retreat for guests. This window is dressed with blackout blind for your comfort.

Bedroom two has the luxury of an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom three

Located upstairs to the rear of the property, this bedroom has matching twin beds, a fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelves with mirrored doors, bedside table and a Fatboy bean bag for curling up in front of the 24″ Smart Freeview television. There is a long velux window with view across St Ives to the sea and the island.

Bedroom three is conveniently located across the landing to Bedroom One.

Luxury cotton bed linen is provided in all bedrooms with a selection of high quality towels for each guest. A hairdryer is available for guest use in each of the bedrooms. There is wood laminate flooring throughout the apartment with 13 carpeted stairs leading from the “ground floor” to the first floor.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom is located on the ground floor convenient to the living area. The stylish luxury continues here with porcelain tiling throughout, there is bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin, storage unit, heated chrome towel rail, large illuminated demisting mirror and shaver point.

Bedroom One En-suite

The en-suite to Bedroom One is also tiled throughout and there is bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin, glass shelf, heated chrome towel rail, large illuminated demisting mirror and shaver point.

Bedroom Two En-suite

Boasting the same superb contemporary style and porcelain tiles throughout, the en-suite to bedroom two comprises a wash basin, WC, walk in corner shower, chrome heated towel rail, shaver point and wall mounted storage unit with mirror and light.

A selection of high quality towels are provided per person, along with complimentary White Company toiletries in each bathroom.

Balcony

Step out onto the sunny south facing balcony from the living area, perfectly positioned within Gallinas Point to benefit from stunning views across St. Ives Bay. Two rattan bistro tables and four chairs are provided for you to make the most of the outdoors.

  • Amazing stay

    "This is the 4th time we have stayed in this apartment. It's perfectly placed for St Ives and exploring all the best parts of Cornwall. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and always immaculate. Even though pets are welcome, you would never know if they had been. We don’t have any ourselves. There are some nice touches such as games console, super-fast Wi-Fi, complimentary tea, coffee and a few local treats. There is a complimentary pass for the nearby spa although we have never used it because we are always in the sea. Access is good with parking directly out front and either stairs or lift to the apartment, something our parents found helpful. We would certainly recommend it to our family and friends."

  • Love the apartment!

    "Our third stay and SeaMore and won’t be our last! Absolutely love it. It is ideally situated a few minutes’ walk into town with the benefit of onsite parking and a lovely view from the balcony. It is so spacious and well equipped too and spotlessly clean, high praise to Carolyn the housekeeper who is so helpful too.
    An absolute bonus to find such a delightful apartment which is dog friendly, although our pooch stayed at home this time.
    Can’t imagine anyone could fault SeaMore and I will be dropping big hints to return very soon!

    "Excellent location, well fitted out apartment, nice views from the balcony and spacious bedrooms - highly recommended by both my wife and I.
    Ideal spot to be based, pleasant walk into St Ives and conveniently positioned for the beaches and the coastal path to Carbis Bay.
    The free pass for the Spa at the Harbour Hotel was much appreciated and the treatments available there are reasonably priced.
    The third-floor apartment us spacious light and airy accessible by stairs or a lift which was much welcomed by my 14 year old border collie.
    I highly recommend this 3x bedroomed apartment for families or couples with dogs who welcome additional space.

  • Brilliant!

    "This is the third time we have stayed in this immaculate apartment. It has everything you want for a great holiday, brilliantly equipped and the complementary passes for the Harbour Hotel pool are a nice touch if the weather happens to be less than perfect or if you just want to chill out. The location is perfect too, close enough to the beaches and town centre but quiet at night. It also enjoys great views across the bays to Philack and Godrevy. We would definitely recommend to any of our friends or family. _ "

    "Our second stay at SeaMore and our third is already booked! A spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment. With the added benefit of onsite parking the location is just superb. Minutes walk into the centre of town but quiet and restful with lovely sea views. Looking forward to making the most of the balcony when we return in June. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrival and Departure dates for your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks i.e. arrivals within 7 days, breaks can overlap a changeover day only if the overlap occurs within the next 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available in most properties between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.

Christmas in Cornwall is a wonderful time from twinkling festive harbour lights to Santa arriving by lifeboat in St Ives, it’s a holiday filled with a stocking full of memories that will last a lifetime.  If you prefer a pre-Christmas break December is full of festive fun too with Christmas markets to explore and fun activities like ice skating, meeting Santa and of course Christmas shopping.

Book early and our magical elves will deliver festive treats for stays which include Christmas Day. This has been known to include scrumptious mince pies and Cornish Mulled Cider. Yeh!
