The floor to ceiling windows are a special feature of this property with views across to Tregenna and across Porthminster Beach to Godrevy Lighthouse. Velux windows also provide natural light to this spacious room.
The dining room which leads off the designer kitchen, is on the lower floor and has an oak table with seating for six guests, as well as an oak sideboard. Patio doors open from here to a full width south facing balcony to enjoy al fresco dining, the balcony has lovely sea views. The renowned Porthminster Cafe is just a short walk away on the beach, as is a wide choice of quality restaurants in the nearby town.
A stunning SieMatic kitchen benefits from integral microwave, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. With cream soft close units, stunning corian work surfaces, a Neff oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, this is bound to suit the aspiring chef. There is a breakfast bar with two stools and the kitchen then adjoins the dining area with access to the balcony. If chef has time to look, there are wonderful views across St Ives Bay from the kitchen.
There is also a separate utility room off the hallway with a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.
Bedroom One with En-suite
The master bedroom is truly magnificent with a feature floor to ceiling window with views over St Ives town. Located upstairs in this luxury duplex apartment, with a luxurious king size bed dressed with scatter cushions and a throw, bedside tables and reading lights. With plenty of space, there are two tub chairs to relax and perhaps watch the 32″ LCD HD Freeview television. There is a wardrobe and further chest of drawers for additional storage.
Bedroom one has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, WC, romantic walk in double shower enclosure and a heated towel rail.
Positioned downstairs, bedroom two also has a double bed and is beautifully presented with bedside tables and reading lamps, fitted wardrobes and a 22″ LCD Freeview television for those lazy mornings. Coastal sea views from the windows over St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse can also be enjoyed.
Bedroom two is conveniently located across the corridor from bathroom two.
Located downstairs, this bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinets and reading lamps, a further chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. For entertainment there is a 22″ LCD Freeview television. The delight of this room is that it has patio doors leading to the balcony and sea views across Porthminster along the Cornish coastline.
Bedroom three has an en-suite bathroom comprising handbasin, WC, shower enclosure and also a heated towel rail.
A selection of sumptious towels are provided per person and all beds are prepared with high quality bed linen and dressed with scatter cushions.

"This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It is comfortable with everything we needed. The view is lovely from the kitchen window over to the island. We would definitely stay here again."
"We were staying for 7 nights at the apartment with 6 adults (couple and 4 adult children). Very spacious and clean. Nice open kitchen with all you need for cooking, dining-place and annex terrace. All bedrooms have their own (small) bathroom, toilet, television, ... The bedroom at the top floor is very spacious, has nice views, but there is not enough light in the associated bathroom for woman's makeup (that's the only small point of criticism we had). Nice and very spacious living room at top floor (television, wii, ...). The Wi-Fi works fine in the apartment. Shops and bakeries at 15' walking distance. Very nice beach, safe for children and with beach lifeguards (also 15' walking distance). Keep in mind that there are steep solves when you explore the area by foot (it is not recommended to use your car to drive in St-Ives downtown area). Keep in mind to make reservations in time if you want to go dining at restaurants or (famous) pubs in the Cornish region and even in St-Ives centre. We were lucky with the weather conditions and had a very good time."
