The smartly fitted kitchen benefits from integral Neff microwave, electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher with contrasting cream units and the stunning Corian work surfaces co-ordinate perfectly. There is a great selection of utensils, good quality cutlery and glassware. A substantial breakfast bar with two stools allows guests to perch comfortably while sharing the events of the day with the designated chef of the evening.
A washer/dryer, ironing board and iron are all stored in cupboards off the hallway.
Located on the first floor, bedroom one is a spacious galleried bedroom with luxuriously dressed king size bed. With wood flooring throughout and colorful soft furnishings,this bright airy room offers a relaxing space to enjoy your holiday. There is a fitted wardrobe with hanging space and chest of drawers to stow away your holiday essentials. A pair of bedside tables with matching reading lamps, mirror and a digital LCD television are also provided for you comfort. There is a large Velux window with views over the bay and light streams though the apex of the large living area window, with glass balustrade to the balcony above the living area below. Lined blackout curtains are provided for screening off the living area below and Velux blinds.
Bedroom one is conveniently positioned adjacent to Bathroom two.
Positioned on the ‘ground floor’ of this beautiful duplex apartment, bedroom two boasts a king size bed with large contemporary headboard, matching bedside tables and reading lamps, large mirror fronted fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and shelf space, a contemporary vanity table with chair and mirror. A travel cot and highchair is provided, guests are asked to bring their own bedding for younger guests.
Luxury cotton bed linen is provided in all bedrooms with a selection of high quality towels for each guest. A hairdryer is available for guest use in each of the bedrooms.
The main bathroom of The Retreat exudes quality and boasts beautiful Travertine-style tiling throughout. There is bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
The shower room, located upstairs close to bedrooms one and three, boasts the same superb contemporary style and comprises a wash basin, WC, shower cubicle and heated towel rail.
A selection of high quality towels are provided per person, along with complimentary White Company toiletries in each bathroom.
The south facing full-width decked balcony is a perfect sun-trap and is enviably positioned within Gallinas Point to benefit from stunning views across St. Ives Bay.

"We stayed at The Retreat over Easter and our family had a lovely week. The accommodation was superb, the apartment was very clean and very well equipped, and was done out to a very high standard. The place was very light and airy and south facing so received a lot of light from the floor to ceiling windows. My 3 boys loved the fact there was Sky, a PS4 and DVD player. The location was great we were a couple of minutes from the beach and 5min walk from the centre of St Ives. We would love to visit again. Thanks again for a lovely week." Nicki Cadwallader

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
