"This apartment is wonderful. Being brand new it is very modern and everything is finished to a high spec. The decor is lovely and it has a very comfortable feel to it. The apartment had everything we could have wanted and needed. A great location, 10 minutes walk down (a very steep hill) to the carbis bay beach and approx 25 minutes walk into St Ives along the road or coastal path. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. The only negative is that the description says 'sea views'. These sea views are extremely limited, you can see a little bit of sea because most of the horizon is covered with a line of trees below the apartment. I imagine you do get a sea view in winter when the trees have no leaves. If you go knowing that you will not be disappointed. Everything else was perfect. "
