Living Area
The contemporary design of the open plan living area provides plenty of space to relax, dine and cook. The whole area is naturally lit from light flooding in through the glass balcony doors, which frame a picturesque view of the valley below. Step outside onto your private glass-fronted balcony, direct from the living area, to find a truly relaxing space to dine alfresco or enjoy cocktails in the Cornish sun. The beautiful Cornish vista of far-reaching sea views and the sound of the running stream below will help you to ease into Cornwall’s slower pace of life. Inside, a comfortable sofa and two comfy chairs provide seating for four, sit back and enjoy your favourite music via the Bose Bluetooth Speaker. If you fancy a movie there’s a 43″ smart TV with Netflix.

Dining Area
The dining area is well-positioned within the open plan living space for socializing and dining with a view. A contemporary table and four stylish chairs are provided so you can dine in style.

Kitchen
Located towards the rear of the living area, the modern kitchen also forms part of the open plan living space. This allows you to still socialise while creating your culinary masterpieces. This high spec space features a selection of integrated AEG appliances including an oven & grill and microwave, 4 ring induction hob with an Elicia sklock extractor hood above, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A Dualit kettle & two-slice toaster, cafeteria and even a wine cooler, essential for any holiday, are all provided. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen units which also house a comprehensive selection of utensils, crockery and glassware.

Utility Rooms
There are two Utility Cupboards in the hallway, the larger one houses an Indesit Washer-Dryer, the smaller one has an iron and ironing board and an airier.

Master Bedroom
This sea-facing room benefits from the natural light which floods in through the balcony glass door and small window making it light, bright and a peaceful space to relax in. With easy access to the glass-fronted balcony from the bedroom, you could treat yourself to a Cornish breakfast in the sun. Featuring its own private en-suite and underfloor heating this comfortable room enjoys an exquisitely dressed king-sized bed for the perfect night’s rest. A matching set of bedside tables with matching lamps, wardrobe, and a hairdryer are all provided for your comfort. You can enjoy your favourite movie in bed via the 32″ wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix.

Second Bedroom
This twin room has been inspired by the coast with two fun styled porthole mirrors on the walls and nautical lamps. Like the Master Bedroom, it also offers easy access onto the glass-fronted balcony through a small glass door. Natural light beams in through here and a small window which beautifully frames the valley and sea views beyond. Matching twin beds, bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe make up the rest of this calming space.

Family Bathroom
Featuring grey high gloss tiles throughout with a stylish pearly white suite, this modern family bathroom is a great place to relax. Sink into the deep-seated bath with mixer tap and soak away your troubles. A WC, large washbasin with under storage, mixer taps & mirror above, heated chrome towel rail & shaver point make up the rest of this space.

En-suite to Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom’s private en-suite is tiled throughout & boasts a spacious modern shower with large shower head enclosed by a glass screen, WC, large washbasin with ample under storage, chrome heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror.

A selection of luxury towels comprising of bath sheet and hand towel are provided for each guest and complimentary White Company toiletries are available in all bathrooms.

Terrace
The spacious glass-fronted balcony is accessed from the living area and bedrooms through glass doors. Offering a beautiful elevated view of the valley and distant sea views, its idyllic setting is perfect for enjoying drinks while watching the sunset, or breakfast overlooking the valley.

Communal storage Area
Down one level of stairs from the apartment is a communal storage area with a sink and a lockable cage. Ideal for securely storing beach items.

St Margaret’s

St Margaret's Apartments are situated on St Ives Road on the old site of St Margaret's Hotel. This stunning development is perfectly positioned to enjoy panoramic views across to Gwithian and Godrevy Light House.

Completed in 2018, there are 13 apartments over 4 floors and have been built to a very high specification with underfloor heating, sliding doors to balconies, integrated appliances and oak flooring throughout. All apartments have lift access and private parking.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrival and Departure dates for your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks i.e. arrivals within 7 days, breaks can overlap a changeover day only if the overlap occurs within the next 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available in most properties between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
