There is lift access, so guests' can avoid the steps and the train station is close by. Lounge Area

The 24′ x 12′ living area is finished in the highest quality Karndean Limestone style flooring and leads through double doors to a 24′ decked terrace offering a really spectacular view across the tropical gardens overlooking the beach and Carbis Bay. Entertainment comes via Superfast Broadband, a LG 43″ LCD TV with Sky HD Bundle including Sky Plus Entertainment with Kids, Sports and On Demand. You can relax to your favourite music via a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker and enjoy a film on the DVD player from a fabulous selection of movies.

Lapis is furnished to the highest standards with soft-furnishings and the finest quality three and two-seater designer sofas. A coastal theme flows through the space with artwork reflecting Cornwall’s wonderful beaches and seaside.

Dining Area

The formal dining area is perfectly positioned within the living area for enjoying the beautiful sea views through the patio doors. A stylish glass dining table with contemporary leather seating for four is provided.

Kitchen

Lapis has a contemporary style kitchen finished in high gloss cream with stunning Karndean Slate style flooring and white kitchen tiles. Smeg integrated appliances include electric hob and hood, oven and a Bosch microwave. These ranges are complemented by a Franke sink and an integrated 70/30 tower fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher and washer/dryer.

You will find quality fittings through-out including Smeg ‘retro’ style toaster and kettle, Filter coffee machine. A selection of crockery, cutlery, utensils, and lovely quality glassware including champagne glasses are provided.

Bedroom One with En-Suite

The master bedroom has the same outlook and spectacular views across the bay as the living area. Open the beautiful lined curtains to view the breath-taking views across your large decking area, whilst listening to the sound of the sea below. The king-sized bed comes with the finest quality White Company linens, quilts and pillows all to the highest hotel standard.

Spacious beech fitted wardrobes are incorporated into the bedroom together with a low-level solid wood chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with reading lamps and seating. Entertainment comes in the form of an LG 32″ LCD Freeview TV and a Naime Qb Bluetooth speaker.

Bedroom Two

The second bedroom has two single beds, full length mirrored fitted wardrobes, solid wood chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with reading lamps. Bedding is supplied to the same exacting standards as in bedroom one.

This comfortable room is lit by natural light through the window and a nautical theme flows throughout with artwork of St Ives, Cornish beaches, fishing boats on the walls and designer cushions. Entertainment comes in the form of an LG 37″ LCD Freeview TV and Playstation 4 games console. You can also enjoy your favourite tunes on a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker.

Bathroom One

The master bedroom en-suite bathroom comprises stunning White Italian tiling with a striking Karndean slate floor to complement the modern white ceramics and ultra-chic chrome fittings. The suite has twin washbasins with superb touch-sensitive individual lit mirrors and a heated towel rail. There is a wall-mounted WC and over-sized 1800mm bath, overhead shower and modern three-way wall mounted valves.

Bathroom Two

The shower room has the same dynamic look, with a single basin and touch-sensitive individual lit mirror. Other features include a WC, heated towel rail and huge double sized cubicle with both handheld and fixed-head ‘rain shower. Water is supplied by the same contemporary three-way wall-mounted valve system.

A complimentary range of White Company toiletries are provided in each bathroom, together with a range of hotel quality towels for each guest.

Decking Area

The 24′ decking area is accessible from the master bedroom or lounge double French doors. There is a Rattan Cube dining set for four making for a fabulous space to either wine and dine alfresco, or simply take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful bay in front of you. Moreover, it is simply the very best place to start the day for breakfast! Relax on one of the two recliner sunbeds watching the ocean. Part of the decking area is sheltered which makes for a unique ground floor option to shelter from any extreme heat or occasional shower!

Carbis Beach Apartments

Carbis Beach Apartments are located in a commanding position directly above Carbis Bay beach with stunning view across The Bay to St Ives and Godrevy Lighthouse.

Each apartment is centrally heated and furnished to the highest standard to provide year round enjoyment. Some of these 5 star graded apartments are more accessible than others as they can be reached either by stairs, lift or directly from the private gated car park. Once you have unpacked, drink in the views admire the the landscaped gardens and take the private pathway down to the beach. The two bedroomed accommodation consists of a large lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, a second bedroom with twin beds and a family bathroom. The lounge and master bedrooms both have uninterrupted views of Carbis Bay beach and across to St. Ives. There is an allocated parking space behind secure gates and additional parking can be arranged on request.

    "Having seen the photos of the apartment online with a lounge, dining area, full kitchen, two bedrooms and a sea view, it was just what we were looking for. The apartment was exactly as described, super clean, warm and comfortable. There is a path that leads down to the coast road where you can walk the coastal path to St Ives in approx. 20 mins. Carbis Bay is a really lovely area but a 20 min. drive to Penzance and you can explore more coastal paths on that side. Fantastic place, just what we wanted, very pleased and would book again."

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrival and Departure dates for your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks i.e. arrivals within 7 days, breaks can overlap a changeover day only if the overlap occurs within the next 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available in most properties between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
