The living area consists of a sitting area which extends out to a contemporary seaward facing conservatory, giving you a choice of two comfortable areas to relax and allowing the sea views to flow through both welcoming spaces, cosy up on the sofa in the sitting area, next to the electric fire and enjoy the entertainment on the television or pour a glass of wine, walk through the French doors into the conservatory, furnished with comfortable seating for four and soak up the stunning panoramic views of the bay, the conservatory accesses a private seaward facing terrace, where the views are maximised further stretching right out to St Ives.

The dining area is located in a separate room adjacent to the kitchen, a table and four chairs are provided and a Juliette balcony allows natural light to flood in offering a comfortable space to entertain or for the family to gather for meals.

The contemporary and well-appointed kitchen features a great outlook through the double French doors to the private terrace. It is fitted with integral Neff appliances including oven, hob and dishwasher, plus washer/drier, fridge freezer and microwave oven. You will find all the utensils, crockery and glassware you would expect in a luxury self-catering apartment – a real home from home.

Bedroom One

There is a choice of two comfortable bedrooms, both are located upstairs to maximise the sea views. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a large window lets in natural light and frames a picture-postcard view of the bay. There is ample storage for your stay and bedside cabinets with lamps. In addition, there is a dressing table, stool and full-length mirror. A hairdryer is provided.

Bedroom Two

The second bedroom also enjoys sea views and has two single beds with storage underneath, a bedside table, a single wardrobe and full-length mirror.

Luxury white bed linen is provided in both bedrooms, along with a selection of high-quality towels.

Bathroom One

The main family bathroom is conveniently located upstairs next to both bedrooms. It has a bath, washbasin, WC and separate shower cubicle with power shower. There is also a mirror and shaving point. A large Velux window keeps this room bright and fresh.

Bathroom Two

Located downstairs, ideally for those coming off the beach is a shower room, it features a WC, washbasin, mirror and an enclosed shower cubicle with power shower.

A selection of high-quality towels are provided for each guest and complimentary White Company toiletries are provided in each bathroom.

Seaward facing Terrace

The large seaward facing terrace can be accessed via both the conservatory and kitchen. Enjoying fabulous 180-degree views stretching from west to east across St Ives Bay, it’s a mesmerising area to dine al fresco, or enjoy a drink or two in the evening. Furnished with a table, parasol and four chairs, with comfortable cushions it’s a great place to relax and wind down to Cornwall’s slower pace of life.

Compass Point is just three minutes walk away from the spectacular golden beach at Carbis Bay. Easy access is also available to Carbis Bay railway station where the single-track railway follows a dramatic path along the coast, taking you into St Ives in less than five minutes.

Allocated parking is provided for each apartment either as a garage or parking space. A visitor space is provided on a first come first served basis. Guests at Compass Point can take advantage of the communal terrace with commanding views across St Ives Bay.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrival and Departure dates for your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks i.e. arrivals within 7 days, breaks can overlap a changeover day only if the overlap occurs within the next 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available in most properties between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
